AAnastasiya_YuThis is a simply gorgeous hotel! We were absolutely delighted! One of the best on the island. The rooms are large, clean, modern, and have everything you need: robes, a hairdryer, even very comfortable slippers. We wanted to know where to buy some. 😁 The room has a refrigerator, air conditioning, a ceiling fan in the room and on the veranda, a safe, and even mosquito repellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a free taxi for dinner from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM. At other times, they can call a taxi for you for 100 baht. They also pick you up and take you to the port for free. The breakfasts are delicious; you order from the menu. The beach is small but secluded; to the right of it, the best beach on the island is a 3-minute walk over rocks when the tide is low and along the shore when the tide is low. The hotel also provides free snorkeling masks, kayaks, and paddleboards.

The staff are the loveliest people on Planet Earth
No loud music at any time, very quiet
Sensational food and service, very smiley staff ready to help with anything
Private beach is a real bonus
The setting is fabulous. Among the rainforest and with the sound of the sea rocking you to sleep
Epic sunsets

Cons (being really picky):
The air con unit in our room was a bit loud
The pool in our room (honeymoon villa) was a little bit smaller than I expected
The decor could be updated
We’ll be coming back here time and time again for sure. Thank you Casa de Lipe for making our time on Koh Lipe very memorable!

HHenryk Karl HermannFirst of all, the hotel itself is nice and close to the water with a nice view, this can be definitely recommended.
But there are a couple of things that are not good. 1. A generator is running around the clock close to the entrance which vibrates through the ground. Earplugs were necessary to sleep. 2. The bar with awesome view closes 8pm already. 3. Lack of space for breakfast, you need to wait and come back until a table is free 4. E.g. Omelette is not possible to be served with vegetables at all, just egg and cheese in it, thats it. Milk, Salt, etc. needed to be refilled by actively engaging with the staff 5. The location is really far away from everything, but this is not serious as it can be considered. One night is okay, but there is not more around to be seen. Sunrise or Pattaya Beach has mu g more to offer.
