LLord PagliarelloStunning boutique hotel in Da Nang. This 100 years old renovated building is the perfect example that you don’t need huge and fancy structures to be perfect.
Perfectly decorated, spacious rooms with a classic feel, everything done to perfection with every little detail in mind. Attentive staff always ready to help.
We had a suite and it was magnificent.
Noted some negative reviews complaining about breakfast, and I would say these are from people who mostly complain about everything.
Breakfast was well done, at the right amount and in nice classy hall. It’s not a buffet but it does the job. This is a luxury boutique hotel, not a tavern.
They also provide complimentary self service laundry service.
Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely be back.

I stayed at Balcona Hotel Da Nang for two nights and had a truly enjoyable experience. The hotel environment is clean, modern, and very comfortable. The sea view from the room was absolutely stunning, and the pool area offered beautiful scenery that made it perfect for relaxing.
The food at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Whether it was breakfast or other meals, everything was fresh and flavorful.
What impressed me most was the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff. They genuinely care about guest satisfaction and handled everything with sincerity and efficiency. Even when a small issue arose during my stay involving a driver, the hotel team responded quickly and thoughtfully, making sure I felt safe and supported.
I truly appreciate the way the hotel took responsibility and made things right. It’s clear that guest experience is a top priority here.
One lovely surprise: if you're celebrating a birthday, the hotel will even prepare a cake for you! It’s a thoughtful gesture that shows how much they value their guests.
I would definitely recommend Balcona Hotel Da Nang to anyone visiting the area. With such a dedicated team, beautiful views, and great food, it’s a wonderful place to stay.

AAnonymous UserHExcellent service! The staff are well-trained, friendly, and always smiling. I accidentally left my phone in a Grab taxi, and the staff helped coordinate and get it back for me. Every staff member seemed very attentive — helping with our luggage throughout check-in, check-out, and even loading it onto the cable car.
We stayed in Room 8215. The room was a bit small, and some amenities were not provided in the room, including an iron, which we had to request from the counter. There was also no staff stationed permanently at the lobby of our building. Unfortunately, body lotion was not included in the room amenities. The room had a heater as well.
Breakfast is not served in the building where we stayed, so we had to walk to the main check-in building for breakfast. The breakfast selection was quite good, with the option to make your own Banh Mi. There were plenty of staff in the breakfast area, and they were attentive and helpful.
If you are planning to visit Ba Na Hills, I recommend staying here for one night.

MMAKSIMExcellent room, but located far from the center 15-20 minutes by car. The room has everything, but problems with electricity, short circuit, blinking lamps, does not bother, but scares. Hearty breakfast, like a buffet. You can book tours, rent a bike.

IIvanaIt was not bad, when I book I ask for a high floor where they answer they have 3th floor available and after they didn't answer on the msg. When we arrived they tried to give us the 2nd floor where I was showing the msg about the higher floor after a small argument they gave us 3th . Breakfast was not so good we went around 8:30am and almost everything was empty so we didn't have some choice
The view from the roof was absolutely amazing.
