It is ideally located 5 minutes walk from the Government House and 5-8 minutes walk from St. Mark's Square. There is a water bus stop at the entrance of the hotel, as well as a water taxi stop, which is very convenient to go to any island in Venice. Breakfast is average, but it is delicious. The hotel takes a water taxi to Venice Marco Polo Airport for 120 Euros.

Great hotel and highly recommended - good size room and friendly staff, very good breakfast, cleaning service to the room twice a day,   The location is a bit off the prime area, but can reach most of the places within 20-25 mins walk.

An absolutely excellent hotel, the best one I stayed at during my European trip. The room decor was very high-end and stylish. They even prepared champagne and desserts for us as we were on our honeymoon, which was a lovely touch. It's within walking distance of Venezia Santa Lucia train station, and there's a water taxi stop right in front of the hotel, which is super convenient. The hotel also helped us book a taxi directly to Marco Polo Airport, which cost 160 Euros and got us there in just 15 minutes. Since we had an early morning flight and couldn't make it to breakfast, the hotel thoughtfully packed some snacks, fruit, and yogurt for us to take on the go.

**Facilities:** The hotel boasts brand-new facilities that are exceptionally well-maintained. **Cleanliness:** I tend to be quite particular about hotel cleanliness, and I must say, this hotel truly excels in that regard – they really exceeded my expectations. **Environment:** While warm, watery environments can often mean mosquitoes, the hotel's pest control was absolutely superb. An added bonus is the direct boat access to the hotel. **Service:** The hotel staff were all incredibly warm, welcoming, and handled everything efficiently.

When I booked, I thought it was an old hotel, but the interior decoration of the room was very new and modern, and the experience was very good.

If you wish to get a taste of what ancient Venice was like , then this is the place to stay. Beautifully decorated in style, and with excellent service, your stay will be unforgettable.

We spent 2 nights in this hotel. When you arrive you are getting such a warmly welcome. The room was really nice - especially that Venice oriental style. Just the bath, as some already mentioned, does not fit to the room. It is clean and is equipped with everything what you need/expect. Just different from the style. And one more little highlight are the big air con devices in front of the window which a super loud. The rest was really perfect. Breakfast buffet included everything what you need. Just only the powder coffee you can get for the price - rest you need to order separately which is different to other 5 stars Hotel where I have been before. At least one „good“ coffee should be included in the high price. Overall really a nice stay with a SUPER friendly helpful staff. And the location is really perfect as you are close to the top sightseeing locations.

Everything in the refrigerator is free, all kinds of snacks are free, and breakfast is free. The room is large and every little item is worth savoring. Every hotel waiter is treated with the most beautiful smile. Best hotel I've ever stayed in. It's so perfect!

The St. Regis Venice was the most satisfying hotel of my trip to Italy. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. The restaurant was delicious and the location was convenient. The St. Regis Venice did not disappoint. I was very satisfied.
