"This hotel and restaurant has an amazing concept of providing service to the customers. It was a very pleasant 4-day stay thanks to this way of working for the guests. I cannot think of one mini-complaint, except the weather. That was not so good these 4 days. One suggestion is to rewrite your address as I had great problems arriving. Please write for the village: Glashuette-Bad Laasphe instead of Bad Laasphe. My navigator system will be gratefull."

"I was business in this hotel. The special thing of this hotel is that it is divided into three buildings. My room was in the building "Flying classroom" and called music. The room was not special, but it was in order. As the other rooms (in the other buildings) I can't say. The rest of the hotel is very lovely and beautifully furnished. Breakfast buffet is really great. I was disappointed by the reception. As I was unfavorable, I could not even look after the second out of the window to discover the building "Flying classroom" on the opposite side of the street. But the lady at the reception felt not responsible for this. Remove Question Signs from the Ghost so I know how to get to my room. First another guest in the room who took my Question Sign in the face told me that the building is still side and I'm going to get it from my location not as explained by the receptionist,t could see. On the note on which I had to fill my address were ballwriters crosses the compulsory fields. Dreist was that a cross was also beside the signature for the advertising. I noticed this only because I was surprised that at the end there was another signature field in which I had to confirm my personalities. Then I read the small printed for what was the first signature. I passed through this because I didn't want to receive advertising. I found it already in the backline. The castle is walking in a few minutes. The castle park we could see from the balcony. There are free parking."

"The hotel is just a few minutes from the cathedral and the old town, on a main road, but we still had a quiet room. It wasn't very modern, but it was big enough, with a desk and separate couch (unfortunately without a coffee table). Very comfortable beds. You have to be careful in the shower: it has neither a door nor a curtain - if you don't want the bathroom to flood, you shouldn't turn the water on too high. Good breakfast with delicious fresh rolls. The hotel offers a few free parking spaces, and if you can't get a space there, the friendly staff will be happy to give you tips on parking spaces nearby. If you come to Wetzlar during Advent, you shouldn't miss the beautiful Christmas market, which takes place on the cathedral square and (really beautiful) on the Schillerplatz. You can reserve a table there at www.weihnachtsflair.de - you'll be surprised!"
