"Pro: friendly welcome, air conditioning in the room and minibar, we got the room we requested (top floor and at the back). Good pillows. Delicious (hot) breakfast and everything was very well stocked. Staff in the kitchen are friendly. There is a supermarket 50 meters away. Free use of umbrella's. Con: the hotel parking is paid and is located 100 meters from the hotel, it is difficult to load and unload your luggage. Parking is a glorified sandbox... There is a paying parking lot right opposite the hotel that is also paying, but is cheaper. Of course, there must befree parking space. Saw dust nets in the room, maybe have more attention to it."

"We had some kind of a bad start but the staff made it good in the end. Arriving at the Pytloun Wellness Hotel came with a bad surprise: the so called Wellness Hotel was more or less just a sauna and a jacuzzi and this was not even included in the anything-but-low-cost-room. One hour would have cost € 50,00! I called the reception and spoke to a very friendly and gentle Katja (?) who offered me one hour of spa for free. As this would have been later that evening I decided to take a bath instead (my room came with a bath tub). Unfortunately, the water was not hot (the fridge was not cold though) which is why I visited the reception and this time spoke to the equally friendly and gentle manager of the hotel, Barbora. She repeated the invitation for a one hour free of charge visit to the spa and offered a change of rooms. My new room was fantastic! I think it fulfilled the characteristics of the superior room I had booked....spacious and with a nice view. Very comfortable bed and -now- super bathroom and cold fridge. The most fantastic experience was the kindness of the manager to mail a small wallet with some pills I had forgotten! This is quite unusual and much appreciated. All in all it was a nice experience and I wish I would come back when the spa has been extended and the expression 'Wellness Hotel' meets the standard."

"It was a great stay at the Harmony Club Hotel. Beautiful view and very clean room. The staff was friendly, and there was plenty to choose from. The pool was nice, but it was a bit crowded in the afternoon. It would be nice if the food was a little warmer. Although the location is very convenient as it is right next to the ski lift. All in all a good experience"

"We stayed at this hotel for a few days at the beginning of October, arriving on October 6th, 2025, and were very pleasantly surprised. There was plenty of free parking at the hotel. The welcome and check-in process with a young woman at reception was very friendly and went smoothly. She explained and showed us everything. We had room 2206 on the second floor. It was a family room with a small staircase leading up to the second, smaller bedroom. Our room had a balcony overlooking the forest. The room was very clean and comfortable, although it did have one minor flaw. The carpet in the entrance area had several stains that the cleaning staff should have removed, and the electrical outlet next to the towel warmer in the bathroom kept popping out when it was used. These are just minor issues that can easily be resolved. The bathroom, with heated flooring, was small but had a shower, which was perfectly adequate. Adjacent to the lobby was a small bar where you could get a drink. We really enjoyed the Polanka buffet restaurant. The breakfast selection was excellent. There was even a very good Moët & Chandon champagne bar for self-service. We didn't use the sauna or the pools. The hotel is in a prime location, not far from the pedestrian zone, where countless restaurants and cafes are located. It's just a few minutes' walk.
