"A pretty good location to visit Valencia and the Albufera lagoon if you have a car. Car park is free and you don't have to worry about the safety of your car. Room was comfortable. We paid for the room with breakfast and the breakfast was a good start to the day. A few hot items, cheese and means, pastries, fruit, yogurt, cereals , juice and coffee. They also have a small gym and a decent size outdoor pool although we didn't use it."

"My parents spent a night in room 129 from 23/3 to 24/3. The room was generally clean except for the most important of the bathroom, where the toilet was yellow (that was the fruit of so long, cleaning it above or simply no longer bothering to change it) and in the washing room that lost water. I have been working in a four-star reception in Mallorca for 30 years and it is not acceptable that these things happen, just for hygiene and for the hotel's face for the service offered to the client. They didn't comment on it at the reception (as I told you they did) because they were only going to be one day and she knew them wrong; as Mom said, when she saw they were only going to be one night, They'll have given them "that room because they're on the way and it's going to fall", be both convinced that it will not be like this in most."

"Stayed here for two nights as we were attending a family wedding locally. It was the hotel we were told to book as others were staying here but I later saw the previous reviews. Please be aware that the rating is based on some very old reviews and some recent reviews which I feel is unfair. The hotel itself is fresh and clean when you enter. Staff at reception are efficient and polite. Our room was lovely and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have stayed in. Air conditioning was great. Large wardrobe space. The pool whilst small is cool and fresh which is what you need. It wasn't overcrowded as many guests chose to go to the beach which is a very short walk away. There is a small supermarket close by and a few restaurants which we didn't get a chance to try due to being at the wedding. There is waiter service at the pool for drinks which are reasonably priced. The buffet breakfast is good and better than some hotels I've stayed in which claim to be 5 star rated. Every afternoon, there is tea, fresh orange juice, jugs of iced water, a bucket of ice and some afternoon sweet treats in the reception area. They have a great bar area which is cool and comfortable seating. If I wanted something to improve at the hotel, it would be a larger safe considering the size of laptops and a better lunch buffet as we chose to eat here on one day and it wasn't great. Someone mentioned the music was loud but we were on one of the higher floors so maybe this didn't affect us but the hotel would no doubt listen to guests if they offered feedback forms and the consensus was for quieter, chilled music. One older review stated that the hotel charged for parking but this is not the case as we were able to park in the areas outside the hotel for free. Even though, I still stand by the 5 stars I have given them and would happily rebook another stay."

"Located beside the highway. Have quite a few F&B and supermarket nearby. But you need to have a car since it’s located quite far from the city. Value for money for sure!"

"Cleaning of Toilets- baths are not as expected. Especially Men’s toilet and baths were disgusting. It has a good location. Using lockers were good. But beds were very loud even doing nothing just turning around. So make sure carefully read reviews. Don’t expect a lot, it’s good only for sleep; if you don’t mind someone in your head having rough s.x."
