"I came to Heliopark with my parents in mid-July and spent a long time choosing a hotel. We agreed that we needed a good warm pool and a good kitchen. Well, until the end they said about the pool that it was heated, but in reality it turned out that it was not... I swam in leaves, BUGS and branches. About the restaurant. I am not a fan of gourmet dishes, the main thing is that it is juicy and tasty))))) Unfortunately, the food was often too salty, sometimes a little dry (the tables are dirty, the cups are often covered in something black, lard is falling from the chandeliers, so dirty. It is written, that you can take everything with tweezers, including fruit and bread, but there are no tweezers either there... the toilets in the restaurant are dirty. I was generally infuriated by the fact that they were chatting until 12 o'clock in the gazebo. My father wanted coffee. I went up to the security guard and asked where there was food. Is there a 24-hour store nearby to get coffee in bags? To my question, I heard the security guard answer, “Are you out of your mind? Should I drink coffee at 12 o’clock?” I simply repeated, my father wants to drink coffee, where is the store? Then came the insults: “YOU.” WHO IS THIS?! YOU KNOW WHO I AM." My dad began to defend me. Insults were also directed at him. In the morning at the reception I explained the situation. They said they would sort it out and fire him. The next day I sat in the same place. And the funny thing was that that we had a late check-in and a late check-out. We checked out our rooms and went for lunch before checking out. According to the law, we have the right to use the hotel’s infrastructure and lunch, but they kicked us out in disgrace, and they didn’t even want to give us the car. This is the most terrible hotel and the most disgusting vacation."
