"I should have given this a 5-star review; the front desk service was excellent 👍. The only problem was the hotel's paid airport shuttle service – it was awful 👎. It was a short trip for 20 euros. When I got in the car, I asked the driver if he could give me change, and he said he had. But when we arrived at the airport, he said he didn't have any change and overcharged me by 100 dinars, which made me feel really bad. When I got out of the car, the driver even said that 100 dinars was less than 10 yuan! I was speechless…"

"The hotel is excellent, very clean and modern. Comfortable bed with pristine white linens. The staff responds to all requests immediately. An airport transfer from Belgrade was arranged within 10 minutes, as well as an early transfer at 3:00 AM, both free of charge. It's located near the airport. A taxi to Belgrade city center costs 20 Euros."

"I went to Serbia to transfer back home. This hotel is very close to the airport. It has free pick-up and drop-off services. The Chinese boss can communicate in Chinese. The boss is very nice. The boss is kind, kind and enthusiastic. The hotel is clean, tidy and well-equipped. The hotel provides three paid meals a day, and the food is very delicious and authentic. When I left, I personally delivered it to the airport. I really recommend this hotel. Friends who come to Serbia must stay here! The bed in the double room is very comfortable. Compared with the 90 cm wide bed in other hotels, the 1.3 meter wide bed here is very comfortable to sleep on. The hotel is affordable and the price/performance ratio is super high! Recommended!"

"A rubbish hotel, 2-star domestic standard. First of all, it's not worth the price considering Serbian prices. It's 4 km away from the airport, in a shabby alley in the suburbs. The shuttle bus charges 20 Euros for a one-way trip and 40 Euros for a round trip, which is more expensive than Paris. I chose this place by mistake because it's close to the airport. Be careful!"
