"All staff were excellent always very helpful, facilities need refreshing hotel needs sprucing up, gym equipment tired and ripped Pool small.
Chairs in the bar area either dirty or broken, very busy hotel trying to be too many things to too many people. Tried to book Spa on Saturday or Sunday both full.
Breakfast basic to say the least.
It was a shame, as once again the staff made our stay."
"For a cheap night it was exactly what I was expecting, clean and tidy room and shared areas. Parking was chargeable which I wasn’t too happy about as it was booked solely based on the parking being free, but the really nice steak in the hotel restaurant made up for it."
"A hotel with a very long history and very traditional style, it has its own very professional golf course and has hosted many Ryder Cup competitions. Most of the guests are vacationers or business meeting guests.
There is free parking and rich breakfast."

"Hotel location is more than an hour from Birmingham city center taxi time is longer, but there is a direct bus is very convenient. The room is very clean. There is no small refrigerator. The hotel has no elevator. There are boxes to move up and down. Breakfast variety is very few. Pay Single point"
"The room was quite cold, and the door lock wasn’t functioning properly. The shower didn’t meet expectations either. However, the location was excellent, and the customer service was decent. Overall, it wasn’t a very pleasant stay. Given that it was winter in December and with the cold outside, you’d expect a warm, inviting room. Unfortunately, it felt quite chilly. Additionally, the towels had a musty smell, which was disappointing."
"We stayed for one night. Nice room comfy bed, brilliant breakfast. Pool and spa was nice - perfect steam room and sauna. Jacuzzi good. Poolside loungers good clean. No gowns as promised as washing machine out of order . Good showers and hairdryers etc"
