"The hotel is well located in a nice area with lots of woodland around, some 12 minutes drive from Gatwick Airport. It is quiet, offers a friendly welcome, plenty of free car parking space and well equipped spacious comfofrtable rooms. We did not have breakfast or use any of the leisure facilities, nor 24 hour room service, but our impression was that all of these were of a good standard. The only niggle was that the temperature control of the room we had did not function correctly. This was reportedd to reception who said they would do a "reboot" of the heating system, but even after that, the room remained a little cold. Otherwise no complaints and recommended."

"Lovely air con, great location right in the centre of town. Our room was on 3rd floor and a bit on the small side. Bar downstairs was nice, did not eat here as so many options in the town centre. The only downside is the parking, the closest car park (Town Hall Car Park) is £25 a day so we used the one behind the odeon called Depot Road for £8 a day instead/£30 for 7 days on Ringo App, slightly annoying as we travelled with our baby so had ALOT of stuff to carry but this was just a minor inconvenience."
