"Got soaked by the tap. No complimentary water, a small bottle costs 3.2 Euros. No air conditioning, and they lied, telling me London doesn't have AC, when in reality, other places do. I took a taxi here for 30 pounds, but apparently, bus route 100 goes directly. The pool costs extra. Service was also very poor. There's only one restaurant nearby, with a 30 Euro steak. It's very remote and I don't recommend it. Across the road is a village with no restaurants. The steak was bad, but there was no other option."

The front desk staff were super friendly and helped us check in smoothly, also giving us all the details about breakfast 👍🏽. The hotel is clean and tidy! Our room even had a heater, which was a real lifesaver for us after arriving so late and being out in the cold for so long. It felt incredibly warm and welcoming!"
