房間設施新齊全，免費飲品，多且很好，前台接待小丁服務熱情周全，五星點贊，下次找機會再來和推薦朋友來休閑度假的酒店。

酒店新開張，設施齊全，裝修設計風格時尚，最近入住裝修氣味還是很大。早餐很豐盛，泳池、健身房的人不多，體驗不錯。可能新店，服務人員培訓缺乏，客房打掃不是很及時，服務人員態度不錯，就是打掃衞生操作不是很規範、到位。

服務、環境、房間佈局、游泳池都很棒。早餐種類豐富，中西點都精心製作，味道不錯。尤其我們是三人入住，訂的房間本來衹有二份早餐，經溝通後酒店又免費送了一份，非常感謝。就是酒店因為新裝修，稍微有點氣味。不過所有檢測都是合格的，大家可以放心住。以後如果再來蘇州，還會選擇這家！

第二次入住，提前一天酒店丁經理就打電話給我問有什麼需求，非常感謝。辦理入住手續時前台帥哥就告訴我我的房間已經因我的要求放置空氣清新機，並打開了空調，非常貼心，態度也非常好。晚上就餐，不管是青澀的小年輕，還是年長的阿姨輩，個個臉帶微笑問好，皇冠酒店的服務一如既往的沒讓我失望，必須好評！
再説説餐飲，不管是晚上的自助晚餐，還是早上的自助早餐，食材都很新鮮，也很豐富，特別是低温牛肉非常好吃，唯一遺憾的就是烤尤魚，大概是爐子壞了，直接變成了水煮然後放在烤架上灑了些調料就裝盤了，真心希望爐子快點好，下次能享受美味燒烤。
最後覺得遺憾的是房間的裝修，真的是豆腐渣工程，幾個月過去了還是膠水味很重，窗户應該是可以打開的但就是打不開，L沙發位置放反了，看電視衹能坐着不能躺着，黑色的地磚斑斑點點，感覺住了很多年，可惜了，不知道自己家弄成這樣心情會怎麼樣？
一定要表揚的小細節就是洗漱用品的放置，洗手液，護手霜。洗髮水護髮素沐浴露，這個排列很人性化，肯定是用了心的。必須點贊👍

預訂的時間出錯了，但酒店前台的唐女士幫忙與攜程溝通並及時為我辦理了落住手續，房間也夠寬敞，服務員也能主動服務意識強烈，行政酒廊的下午茶和歡樂時光出品豐盛，從服務生到主管熱情周到，早餐出品內容也豐盛，小餛飩現包現煮的，總之蘇州東太湖皇冠假日酒店目前真的要比州際同級酒店要做得好！希望能持續保持下去

入住前一天就收到大堂丁媛媛經理的電話 瞭解行程安排房間 之後的入住 退房都享受到了管家式的服務 酒店新開自駕方便周邊博物館商場都不遠 總體不錯自助晚餐絕對值得推薦
