Zermatt Hotels with Pools

We stayed 3 nights… Fantastic view of the Matterhorn…. Staff are amazing and very welcoming… location was perfect…. Close to the train station. We will definitely come back to this hotel again!!!  5/5

The location is very convenient; there is a hotel car to pick you up at the station Rich breakfast, delicious service The pictures when booking the room were different from the actual room. The hotel was very helpful and immediately changed the room to the same one in the pictures. 1. This hotel is halfway up the mountain. There is a shuttle bus, but it closes at 7pm. The hotel check-in instructions did not mention this at all. It only said that the shuttle bus is free. We thought there was always a shuttle bus, but after we arrived by train that day It was 9.30, and the hotel said there was no shuttle bus, and the bus was also closed. The navigation showed that it took about 17 minutes to walk, but it turned out that it was all uphill, and I was exhausted. It was difficult to take a taxi halfway, and I vomited from exhaustion. The whole family had to push it in the middle of the night. Luggage, exhausted, sweating profusely, feeling hot and in a bad mood 2. The hotel reservation was obviously successful, but when check-in was due in two days, there was no notice, and it was said that the credit card charge failed and the room was full. Fortunately, Ctrip did a very good job in this regard, and it took several communications to let the hotel go again. The agent released a room, and Ctrip must be praised here. 3. The hotel front desk staff is quite good. On the day we went paragliding, they offered to take our luggage to the train station without us having to go back to pick up the luggage.

The location is super convenient, 10 minutes walk to the downtown business district, it is also very convenient to go to the train station, too friendly to passengers traveling across countries ～ The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the sound insulation effect is excellent, and it is too important to sleep well after a long flight. The staff is warm and professional, the English communication is smooth, and the local travel tips are also intimate. The breakfast is rich in variety, taking into account Chinese and Western tastes, and even the light meals that the baby can eat. The price is super high, I will choose next time, recommend it to friends who have travel or bring baby needs!

The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite the train station entrance and next to the cable car station up the mountain, which is super convenient. Even though our room didn't have a view of the Matterhorn, everything else was fantastic. The breakfast was plentiful, and the front desk staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, even recommending routes for us with a map. It was wonderful!

It is our honeymoon trip here, hotel decorated the room for us. Staff all very friendly and helpful, and we check out at 6:00am, hotel given us two breakfast set to take away😊😊, thank you so much!! Location just a few minutes away from the train station. The Room has a little kitchen, and can see the Matterhorn view.

The stay would be ideal if the room included a fan, as it can feel a bit stuffy while sleeping during the summer. The location is convenient, and the kids' club, spa, and pool offer plenty of fun for the children.

The hotel is retro and the bar is very nice! It's very close to the train station, just a five-minute walk. The front desk service is OK, not bad. The facilities are a bit old, but well maintained and clean. I slept very comfortably! The view outside the window is OK.

The hotel is close to the train station, you can inform the pick-up station, or you can take the local E-Bus, which is very convenient. The room is spacious, with a balcony, open the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can see Matterhorn, the appearance is different every day. The hotel has hot and cold food for breakfast, as well as freshly squeezed juice. Dinner is Italian rice, the price is similar to the street restaurant, and the side dishes are slightly more than outside. The hotel provides slippers. The hotel is closer to Sunega Station, and you can also take the elevator to Zermatt Viewing Point from there, and you can climb less mountains.
