"It's small but has everything you need. The downsides are no air conditioning, and even with an elevator, you still have to carry heavy luggage up a few steps to get into the room. Also, there's no service provided after 9 PM, except for emergencies. However, our pillows were too flat, so we went to the front desk after 9 PM for help, and a kind staff member brought us extra pillows. Overall, the environment is quite good."

"The hotel is halfway up the mountain. You need to take a small train to go up the mountain. It costs more than 30 Swiss francs per person. If you have bought a ski ticket, you don’t need to buy a small train ticket. At the station in front of the hotel, you can call someone to pick you up, otherwise it is difficult to walk in the snow with luggage, but people still have to walk to the hotel. The hotel includes breakfast + dinner. The breakfast is ordinary, and the dinner is different every day. It is very unpalatable on the first day. The second and third days are okay. But it is also a simple dinner. But the scenery is very beautiful and you can see the Matterhorn while eating. The room is okay, each one is a mountain view room, and the hotel’s sauna and bathing pool are particularly good. You can see the Matterhorn, and it is very beautiful. Most people come here because of this. The snow trail is at the door, but you can’t slide over to the cable car. You need to carry the skateboard up. Continue to sit up to the blue and red trails. If you slide down, there is only the red trail. But it’s nice to drink champagne at the rest stop on the road."
