The entire courtyard was charmingly decorated. The guesthouse was housed in a Qing Dynasty-style building. The rooms were wooden cabins, and the facilities were generally very complete, including a smart toilet. The rooms were duplexes, requiring climbing stairs. The bathroom was on the lower level, and the bed was on the upper level, which wasn't particularly convenient. However, it was a nice change from typical hotel rooms for families with children. The upper level had underfloor heating, so it wasn't cold at night. There was no TV in the room, and the Wi-Fi wasn't great. The owner was very welcoming. He called ahead to pick us up and even helped us with our luggage to the bus stop when we left. We were very satisfied with the service.

A perfect getaway for lazy travelers! 🏡About the Accommodation: The rustic wood style and panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows are simply irresistible. Underfloor heating throughout, and high-end toiletries provided. Enjoy tea in the courtyard, relax on the terrace, or soak in the private hot spring. Watching the smoke rising from the mountain chimneys at dusk is so soothing, you won't want to leave. 🚶♀️Two-Day Itinerary: Day 1: Relax at the guesthouse → Explore Hongcun. Take photos at Moon Pond, visit the South Lake Bridge, and sample local Huizhou cuisine. Avoid the crowds and experience Huizhou at a leisurely pace. Day 2: Lucun's Hidden Gem. Quiet and peaceful, with exquisitely detailed wooden carvings. The pastoral scenery and horse-head walls create picturesque landscapes. Even quieter than Hongcun, with a truly immersive atmosphere. Escape the city's hustle and bustle. Sleep peacefully amidst the mountains and fields. Live life like a poem! ✨

About a 25-minute drive from Yixian East Station, passing through a field of golden rice paddies, the hotel is located at the far end, comprised of several traditional Hui-style buildings, exuding local charm. The facilities and cleanliness were commensurate with the price; it was the most comfortable hotel I stayed at during this trip. The room was spotless and odor-free, with basic smart technology, and the service was highly professional, paying attention to every detail. The extra surprises were also just right, allowing me to completely enjoy my stay. Behind the hotel is a small village, quiet and beautiful, perfect for a leisurely stroll and appreciating the architectural and cultural beauty. The only thing that needs adjustment is the breakfast; it's basically the same every day, so you need to put in a little more effort. The complimentary Shouzhuo Garden is definitely worth a visit; it's not crowded, and several spots offer great photo opportunities.

It's really hard not to love living spaces like this, especially the tatami standard room we booked. It perfectly aligns with the aesthetics and needs of today's young people. Once you're in, you just don't want to leave – it's so comfortable it's intoxicating! There's no complicated or superfluous design; the entire tatami room is warm and healing. Whether you're snuggling on the soft cushions or lying flat, it's incredibly relaxing. For us young people, the happiest thing in our free time is comfortably lying on the tatami playing with our phones. No need to adjust to the sofa's angle, no need to worry about posture – just be as lazy as you like. Your whole body is in its most relaxed state, and a day's fatigue instantly disappears. This kind of spontaneous joy is truly amazing! Not only is the living experience top-notch, but the smart features in the room truly impressed me. The voice-controlled design throughout is incredibly convenient, completely freeing your hands. No need to get up to turn lights on/off, open/close curtains, or adjust devices – a simple word does it all. It’s full of technology yet convenient, providing a truly futuristic living experience. The happiness brought by smart living is maximized. Even the fully smart toilet in the bathroom far exceeded expectations, with thoughtful functional design and a comfortable user experience. The attention to detail elevates the sense of quality, making every use exceptionally pleasant. The most delightful surprise is the rooftop infinity pool and the stunning terrace! Standing on the top floor, the view immediately opens up. The infinity pool combined with the beautiful scenery outside the window makes every photo a masterpiece of ambiance. Whether it's day or evening, it offers a different kind of romance. And the rooftop terrace is a hidden gem for relaxation. Lie back in a rocking chair, gently swaying with your eyes closed. The breeze brushes by, the crisp chirping of birds fills your ears, the faint scent of flowers lingers, and the surrounding greenery and beautiful scenery are all within sight. You don't have to travel far to immerse yourself in the beauty of nature – it's tranquil and therapeutic. Such a living space perfectly meets all the expectations young people have for comfort, convenience, and beauty. You can enjoy the lazy freedom of being at home while also experiencing the healing beauty of nature. Every moment spent here feels incredibly happy~

I can't recommend Muhua Hotel in Hongcun highly enough. I had an absolutely wonderful stay. The manager and staff were so friendly, accommodating, helpful, and hospitable that it truly felt like home from the moment I arrived. Every need was met with warmth and a smile, making me feel like family rather than just a guest. With its spotless charm and such genuine care, this hotel is a true gem. Thank you to the entire team. I will definitely stay here again.

I visited Hongcun with family and friends and stayed at the 30·SANGSH Hotel. Overall, the experience was very comfortable. The Hui-style aesthetic design was very tasteful, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the two bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness and environment deserve full marks, and the service and facilities were also excellent. The only minor drawback was the balcony view, which was just average. However, its proximity to Hongcun makes it incredibly convenient for exploring the area, making it ideal for those who want a comfortable stay while also enjoying easy access to Hongcun.

Environment: You enter the courtyard of the B&B through a winding path. It is really stunning. You can tell at a glance that the owner is very attentive. Come to the right place! The whole space feels very comfortable and the layout is very homely. I like the layout of the hall and the room. I particularly like the tea drinking area. Hygiene: It's very clean, which gave me a new understanding of homestays. I don't have to worry at all. Service: Very satisfied. The manager gave us a very cordial feeling. From check-in to pick-up to Hongcun until check-out, the reception was very warm, which added color to our journey. Worth experiencing. I'll come again next time!

This time the two families traveled together, I was really satisfied with choosing this homestay! The room type is very large, the two families are particularly spacious and comfortable, and the activities are unbound. The location of the homestay is particularly good, very close to Bishan, the boss provides a battery car for free, and it can be reached directly after a few minutes of riding. It is especially convenient to travel and play. If you want to come to the season of rapeseed flowers, the scenery here will definitely be more beautiful. The boss is super craftsmanship, the home-cooked dishes taste authentic and delicious, light and mouthful, fresh ingredients, and especially at ease. The room is also equipped with a mahjong machine, you can relax together in your leisure time at night, and the atmosphere is full. There is also a super cute puppy called QQ in the store, docile and loved ones, adding a lot of healing little fun. The fly in the ointment is that the quality of the bedding is ordinary, the fabric is rough, and the sensitive muscles will be a little itchy when sleeping. Setting aside this small flaw, the overall price is super high, the boss is warm and kind, the service is intimate, whether it is a short trip or a holiday together, it is very suitable, very recommended!

Facilities: Our family stayed in three rooms, all with underfloor heating. However, when there were a lot of people, one room's heating was unstable. The housekeeper did his best to help resolve the issue late at night. Cleanliness: The house is a bit old, but the cleaning was good. The kitchen was also quite clean. Environment: Located in the Mukeng Bamboo Sea Scenic Area, the environment is excellent and the air is fresh. Service: The hostess was very welcoming and upgraded us to a family room. The room was excellent. The housekeeper was also very helpful. New drivers should be cautious when entering the hotel, as the roads are narrow enough for one car only.

Pig's Inn is a charming little hotel in a beautiful original building - the spaces are just incredible and endlessly photogenic. The village of Bishan itself is very quaint, still inhabited by locals but with a few cafés and bars, design stores and a wonderful bookshop. The breakfast and dinner at the hotel are fabulous - we had dinner here twice. We stayed here for two nights in January, as most of the spaces are open, the hotel was a little chilly, but we were very cosy in front of the fireplace in the living area. Very happy we chose to stay in the small village of Bishan rather than the beautiful, but more touristy villages of Xidi or Hongcun. There are bikes and it was easy to get a Didi to visit the surrounding villages.
