"We stayed twice at this wonderful, relaxing amd very clean boutique bed and breakfast. Both my kids loved the place. The advantages of Ser Villa are in the amazing service, convenient location in Kizanqi town quite close to many popular areas, and wonderful atmosphere. We specifically requested a smaller space - our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids - 8 year old and 12 year old) were quite comfortable with three large mattresses on a raised dais - although we were offered an upgrade, we preferred a smaller space. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the homey feel of the small courtyard where you can take in a leisurely breakfast. Boss Momo was an incredibly helpful and generous resource despite language barriers. The laundry service was so necessary for us and my children loved getting the 1 RMB icecream/popsicles. Of the many places we stayed, Ser Villa was one of the most memorable and relaxed. Momo was so accomodating to our needs - medicine refrigeration, helping us order food and transport and having lived in the GCC the shataaf in the bathroom was a welcome surprise. My daughter and son said it was a TEN and they are not easy to please."

"This homestay is really good and the service staff are quite polite. The price/performance ratio is also high. Breakfast is simple and hygienic. The boss has 3 very cute dogs, they welcomed us when we came in, it was very warm. If there is a disadvantage, it is that the sound insulation is a bit poor."

"This time I stayed at the Qiqi Chijing B&B on Qianjin Street in Kazanqi! The location is excellent, the blue alley, the handmade ice cream shop, it is very convenient to walk to Kazanqi's various attractions. The courtyard is a typical Uyghur style, with blue wall tiles. The room was clean and odorless, the bedding was soft, the facilities were complete, and the details were taken care of. The store is enthusiastic and real, and will patiently recommend local food and niche punch points. Treat people like friends. The overall is quiet and not noisy. You can immersively feel the fireworks of the old city of Ili. Come to Kazan to live here and never step on thunder!"

"The indescribable beauty can be said to be the most beautiful yard in Kazan. No matter from the health or the environment, the children are too cute, let alone send the local breakfast, the experience is full, the back is too big, will definitely go again, next time I go to live for a few more days. "Location: It's very conveniently located for dining in the Haierbag area and shopping near the North Gate. Facilities: The facilities are brand new, and the exceptionally large courtyard feels incredibly luxurious. Courtyard Experience: You could easily spend a whole day in the courtyard without getting bored. They offer afternoon tea and delicious fresh fruits. We even got to witness a minority ethnic wedding today! Service: The staff are incredibly attentive and thoughtful. They provided excellent recommendations for sightseeing routes and local cuisine and were incredibly patient."

"This is the best and most cost-effective homestay I have lived in Xinjiang for nearly a month. There is no one. The front desk lady is very good at serving and responsive. The room is clean and tidy, and the furniture and appliances are newly equipped. The homestay provides breakfast, and there is a kitchen where you can cook by yourself, and you feel like you are home."
