KKat_AiEverything was great. The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located near the Christmas market. One small issue was that the breakfast restaurant seemed understaffed, which caused the service to be a bit slow and the staff to appear slightly stressed. This is understandable, but better staffing or management could make the service feel warmer and more pleasant.

JJasonxianshengMarriott's luxury hotel, opened for more than 3 months, is located between the old town of Munich and the central train station. The geographical location is absolutely convenient for travel, whether taking a taxi or public transportation, and even the surrounding Chinese restaurants are quite abundant, and you can switch between formal meals and fast food at will.
The basic room is not large, but it is enough. In terms of service, you will feel warm as soon as you step into the door of the hotel (trolls will say, money is the god, of course, money in this world can solve most problems, such as service). The breakfast variety is rich enough, there are a la carte and buffet categories. I ate the miso soup in it for 3 days to satisfy the Chinese taste, but it was really salty, but the menu is the same every day without any change, which is a disadvantage. 👍Recommended

GGuest UserThe service was excellent, and the room was soundproof, very comfortable, beautiful, and spacious. It was also very clean. The breakfast offered a great variety. It's just a short walk to a station where you can catch a train to the airport and the city center, making transportation very convenient. It's also not far from the main train station. Plus, there's a beer garden nearby where you can enjoy barrel beer and German food. After a good meal, you can simply walk back to the hotel to rest. All in all, this hotel offers great value for money. If I visit Munich again, this will still be my top choice.

HHelmut ASomeone knocked on our door in the middle of the night. I had no idea who it was, and they weren't speaking German. After I loudly asked who it was, they just said ”towels.” It was really scary. After we reported it to the hotel, they gave us a drink voucher.

BBIN HAOODAHThe hotel's location is excellent because it is in an important area in Munich, two steps from the famous Maximilian Street. The hotel staff and workers are very friendly, the place is comfortable and quiet, and the service is excellent.

GGuest UserThis is a good hotel, about a 10-minute walk from one station and 15 minutes from another. It was quiet and green, even though it's near an area with strip clubs and such, which didn't affect our stay. The bed linen was excellent, and the shower temperature ranged from super cold to boiling hot, which we appreciated. However, the floor was dirty; housekeeping didn't clean because we had the 'do not disturb' sign on. You could only get tea for an extra 5 euros, and they'd bring a kettle and a few tea bags. The coffee machine at reception broke on the first day and was paid anyway, but cold still or sparkling water was free, and you could add syrup. We never used the sauna because it was crowded with many naked men and the changing room was communal. When we went in, there was a small naked girl among the men, which made us uncomfortable, so we left. That was a huge disappointment, especially since there are many rooms in the hotel, and everyone wants to use the sauna in the evening. The lobby is large and pleasant; I read a book there, and the staff at the front desk were super professional.

GGuest UserThe hotel is right next to the train station. The front desk staff provided excellent service, offering a glass of wine upon check-in and even upgrading our room. The room was clean and tidy. There's also a restaurant right in the courtyard, which offered a great dining experience.

RRalfService at Bayerischer Hof starts outside, when arriving by car: They take care of your luggage and take the keys to park your car. Reception is very friendly, helpful and effectively under the Corona-Regulations, to provide a good room for you.
Breakfast is still good, but before Corona-Times it was definitely better. I only managed a Dinner at Trader Vic's, which is quite nice for tourists, but not the original food I know from Asia myself.
The four days at the Bayerischer Hof were the most comfortable time I had this year.
And now I plan to be back there in December - same hotel.

GGuest UserI really need to give a bad review. The hotel had soldiers staying because of a football match. They changed my original twin bed to a king-size bed without notifying me, and they didn't tell the agent. Most importantly, when the customer checked in, they gave the customer's room card to open the door and someone was already in the room. This kind of service in a five-star hotel is simply too much.
