JJasonxianshengMarriott's luxury hotel, opened for more than 3 months, is located between the old town of Munich and the central train station. The geographical location is absolutely convenient for travel, whether taking a taxi or public transportation, and even the surrounding Chinese restaurants are quite abundant, and you can switch between formal meals and fast food at will. The basic room is not large, but it is enough. In terms of service, you will feel warm as soon as you step into the door of the hotel (trolls will say, money is the god, of course, money in this world can solve most problems, such as service). The breakfast variety is rich enough, there are a la carte and buffet categories. I ate the miso soup in it for 3 days to satisfy the Chinese taste, but it was really salty, but the menu is the same every day without any change, which is a disadvantage. 👍Recommended

WWei Ming PekFirst, I would not recommend this hotel to travelers with young children or elderly family members. The surrounding area is highly mixed and felt unsafe during our stay. Within just three nights in Munich, we personally witnessed incidents including fighting and shop theft. This created a strong sense of insecurity for us as a family traveling with young children. Second, the bathroom design is extremely inconsiderate and poses safety risks. The raised bathroom floor becomes very slippery after the first person showers, yet no grab bars or safety features are provided. This is unacceptable for a hotel of such a well-known brand, and it is shocking that guest safety was clearly not considered during the design stage. Third, the housekeeping service was disappointing. Despite being out since morning, our room was not cleaned when we returned in the evening. When we requested assistance just to empty the rubbish bin, the cleaner refused, claiming our room was not within their assigned work area—even though it was on the same floor. Cleaning was only carried out after we called the housekeeping hotline, which left us very disappointed with the service standard. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations for a branded hotel, particularly in terms of safety, design consideration, and service quality.

BBebe313I recently stayed at the Marriott Munich with my family and had a truly wonderful experience. The highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast – it was hands down the best I’ve had in Munich, far exceeding what I’ve experienced at other hotels in the city. The quality, variety, and freshness of the food were truly impressive. We booked a family room, and it was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all four of us (4 adults). The room was clean, well-equipped, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, the Marriott Munich exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend it to families or anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding service and amenities.

XXizesissorThe Westin lives up to its reputation as a five-star hotel; the service was excellent. We booked a triple room including breakfast and dinner for three nights. Upon check-in, the front desk informed us that the buffet dinner area was closed for some reason that day, so they arranged for us to dine at the bar. We were initially a bit worried, but it turned out to be an authentic Western meal with appetizers, main courses, desserts, and drinks – nothing was missing, and it was all delicious, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast buffet was also very rich. The room was quite spacious, and it even had air conditioning. The only minor drawbacks were the rather small parking spaces, which made parking a bit difficult, and that the hotel facilities are showing their age. However, overall, it was quite good, and I recommend it!

GGuest UserA nice hotel, but the two bedroom is not really a two bedroom. It's more like a one bedroom plus the living area converted into the second sleeping area. I find the ”two bedroom” room type too squeezy for 4 pax. We cannot even eat together on the same table, no table space and not enough chairs. Also, although there is a lift, our floor is not at the lift landing, it's in-between the lift landing, so for those carrying big luggage, it was tedious, not recommended. Otherwise, the room facilities are good, the location is great. They also allow us to leave our luggage there while waiting for check-in, so that is nice too.

RRalfService at Bayerischer Hof starts outside, when arriving by car: They take care of your luggage and take the keys to park your car. Reception is very friendly, helpful and effectively under the Corona-Regulations, to provide a good room for you. Breakfast is still good, but before Corona-Times it was definitely better. I only managed a Dinner at Trader Vic's, which is quite nice for tourists, but not the original food I know from Asia myself. The four days at the Bayerischer Hof were the most comfortable time I had this year. And now I plan to be back there in December - same hotel.

SSuper OlePros - Excellent location close to tram and U which takes you approximately 20 minutes to city center and Hbf.   - good gym.  - safe and comfortable neighborhood where you can do supermarket and asian food right behind the hotel. Cons - needed to ask for shower room amenities and even wrote on the paper, nobody cared. I lacked the body soap for 2 nights out of 6.  - balcony was dirty. - room was spacious but plain and rather old.

游牧族Room is clean and modern designed. There is sauna and swimming pool. Though size of swimming pool is small, only one people can swim, the area is very relaxing. Hotel is not close to the subway station (15min walk, but very close to a tram stop (50meters or so). There are free candies in the lobby. Overall the experience is good.
