"Comfortable stay. However, I will recommend you put a caution statement at the washroom indicating that the first drops of shower within the first 1 minute is very hot so it's advisable to stay away. I nearly got scalded on my first day. That notwithstanding, it was an enjoyable stay."

"Inexperienced and not very courteous staff. It took three people to process my final bill. Changed room as there was no water in bathroom (some problem with a water tank?) this happened twice in 5 days. No apology or recognition from management. Air conditioning broken. Reported. Not fixed. Light fittings in room defective, with a bedside light switch almost 3 metres off the ground! Broken telephone line. The ‘hotel directory’ (a printed page) had ‘room service’ but you had to walk to the restaurant to order the food which would be delivered to you! Corridors weren’t air conditioned. Building working underway in some corridors with equipment left lying around. Wi-Fi was hopeless. Dropped off every 10 minutes. Not strong enough for much beyond emails. Swimming pool appears to have no filtration working and after a pool party with 20+ kinds and parents the water looked green and toxic. Gym was chaotic. No air conditioning and broken light fittings. Over filled with equipment - most of it ancient and dangerous looking. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious. Free bottled water was provided."
