The room size is big and spacious , but the furniture was rather old , need to renovate . Service wise was good and the surrounding is tranquil.

Super located and very very nice hotel with a very nice garden but generally a super nice outdoor area. The employees were always polite and nice and helpful..
You can always change or redesign a few little things or things here and there, but you can do that in any hotel. If you search then you will find it, but here I have to say the outstanding good percentage is more than 90%...but what or who has 100%?
We are very satisfied and will be happy to come back.

We’ve stayed at this beautiful hotel four times, and each visit has been exceptional. The property features a stunning garden that you drive through on your way to the reception. The front desk staff are amazing; they greeted us warmly upon arrival and made us feel like VIPs. During our stay at Beyond Khao Lak, we got to know several wonderful staff members, including New, Kwang, Orn, Piew, Molly, Wisa, Ake, and Oh, as well as the friendly buggy drivers Cham, Tham, Mhong, Wee, and Paul. They form an incredible team. For dinner, we visited Motown On Fire three times, and each experience was special. Robert, the GM, provided exceptional service, attending to us and other guests with genuine care. The staff—Ked, Kwang, Yannah, Cha, Jub, Eak—and Chef Koey, who offered great recommendations, contributed to unforgettable meals. We enjoyed outstanding dishes like beef cheeks, sirloin steak, pork rib chops, garlic bread, and a delicious bowl of salad. There are many more items on the menu that we look forward to trying in the future. The breakfast was also a highlight, especially on our final day because there was smoked salmon. With a wide variety of choices and a dedicated team working seamlessly together, it was a delightful start to each day. Overall, this hotel consistently delivers exceptional experiences, and we look forward to returning soon.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour au Beyond Khao Lac. Plage et piscines magnifiques. Bon Kappa club avec une équipe au top qui propose des sorties intéressantes et bien organisées. Les prestations du all inclusives, carte boissons non alcoolisées et buffet du soir, mériteraient d'être développées. Nous avons eu un problème de clim qui a été résolu grâce à la réactivité et au professionnalisme de NEW et de GIFT à la reception. Merci à elles. Merci également à TIK de la restauration pour sa gentillesse.

Hôtel avec une capacité max de 300 personnes et constitué de petits bungalows éparpillés dans la végétation. La piscine avec vue sur la mer ... incroyable L'hôtel est adulte only, un vrai plus et tranquillité garantit car par pas de club Bar en bord de mer et de piscine, très appréciable et le tout en tout inclus avec la formule de Kappa club.

We booked this through a Jetstar holiday package and didn’t know what to expect. It was a surprisingly excellent experience…. We are self sufficient and ended up staying mostly at the resort. Beautiful tropical ‘jungle’ around us pools, ponds and sunsets at the beach over dinner. Good massages at the Spa, a gym and beachside pools to exercise in. The food was very good and our package was generous ( two meals a day). Breakfasts and buffet lunch or dinners had wide range of western and Thai options. There is a steak house with a Swiss chef on the property, convenience store and garden and fish filled ponds to walk through. The staff were excellent and our villa was comfortable, spacious and very clean. We saw our first Thai white squirrel in the grounds! We may well come again.

Beautiful resort, friendly staff and lovely beach. All in all an awesome holiday. Very relaxing, all things catered for. We stayed in the Elite Villas with a private pool. It was a perfect setup for us. Private and quiet. We booked all inclusive and it was very good value.
