Checked into a dirty room, and they needed to change the sheets and pillowcases at once. The breakfast is marginal and cold. Hotel room walls are paper thin, and you'll hear the rooms and hall noise clearly.
As for the 4 star rating. Well, I'm not sure about that.

Beautiful hotel with a superb view of the beach. You can see the view the moment you step into the hotel as the reception is open to the veranda where you can see the beach. Room is clean and comfy. Wifi is strong. Good breakfast. Many options provided and there is a coffee machine provided as well which is great to start the day. Restaurant is also facing the sea. Staffs are friendly and approachable. For restaurants within walking distance, there are only a few options so just take note of that. There is a convenience shop beside the hotel.

Great location, I love the beach!! friendly staff, clean & nice room definitely will come again. The Ombak cafe need some improvement on food quality.

Bed quality is bad and beach is dirty especially between hotel compound and beach.
