Stayed because of the location - it's near the train station. We were given one pillow each and they were extremely soft. Tried requesting for another pillow but was told there weren't any as the hotel was fully occupied. Lady at front desk was not very personable. Breakfast was just okay. There are many food stalls and restaurants around the hotel.

Not bad, but the rooms were pretty small and the AC didn't work very well. However the room was very clean and the bathroom was very nice. We asked for an extra pillow and had to pay 50NT extra which seemed a little odd.

Cozzi Blu exceeds our expectations in all aspects! It is located about 5mins away from Gloria Outlet, and just right beside X park. Many food options around. The room was huge! Bathroom was also spacious with a bathtub. Even the tv is huge. The furnitures are well maintained too. Breakfast was also great! There is a wide variety of international and local selection. The hotel also provides free shuttle to Taoyuan HSR. Staff were also helpful. Will visit again!!

Highly recommend it if you are doing international transit flight and stop by Taoyuan! Despite its humble appearance, the hotel has perfect room and the price, despite not the best but reasonable being next to the airport, covers breakfast which is very delicious. The water gets hot very soonly after I open the tap for showering, amenities are well-rounded, fast Wi-Fi and soft bed. This hotel is definitely value for money, the staffs are also very nice and provide me with a leaflet of what to do around the place. There’re also a lot of international travellers in the hotel and it seems very famous among local people. Interesting and will revisit if ever stop by Taipei again

I had a wonderful stay at Taoyuan Novotel Hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They understood our need for an early check-in the next day and arranged a shuttle bus for us at 6:30 am. They also assisted in keeping all our luggage, including items that needed to be stored in the chill room, and ensured everything was ready before our check-out. I loved the service and thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Novotel Taoyuan. I will definitely come back again.

I am a passenger who has to be quarantined for 14 days when I stayed in 1/6 in 2022. Today is 1/8. I have reflected the problem that the second Wifi will be disconnected, but it has not improved. GGuest UserI chose ihotel because of my son. The room space is moderate, the breakfast is semi-buffet, and the main dishes show that the chef has put effort and surprises into them. There is a laundry room and snacks and drinks are available 24 hours a day. The hotel is not far from the MRT station, and it is very convenient to go to the nearby Zhongli Night Market. There are also many late-night snack stalls on the streets at night. I only have a slight dust mite allergy. I found a lot of dust when I picked up the items that fell under the bed in the morning. I hope the hotel will pay more attention to cleanliness.

GGuest UserI would highly reccomend even though i stayed just for a night. As a hotelier myself, the staffs services are impeccable. Would greet you when you alight from the cab, and assist you whenever possible. The smiles are always there, which makes the stay enjoyable. I had a complimentary upgrade for the night, and I would say the room facilites are wonderful! A toilet seat warmer with built-in bidet, with sepeated shower area. Did I missed out the rain shower function? Wow. 15mins walk to Zhongli night market, and to the nearest train station. Even walk out of the lobby to redirect me to the correct direction towards the train station. Once again, kudos to all the staffs.

The lobby is very wide and the floor is very high. The car is parked at the door. There is a concierge who comes out to greet him. It is very intimate. When you enter the lobby, you feel that the style. The counter staff is very friendly and helpful. The explanation to the guests is very clear. The room is large and there are large windows. The lighting is enough, there is no bathtub in the room type that day. But the toilet space is sufficient and there is a toilet, the bed is very comfortable, the equipment is complete and the tea bags in Beijing Shengyu are provided, the room also has space for luggage and the available space of the desk is more than enough, breakfast is next to the lobby, there are many types of delicious, next to the restaurant is also a small fish pond and garden, I feel very comfortable. The small disadvantage is that there are no shopping facilities, convenience stores, restaurants, etc. around the hotel. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the machine railway station. Qingpu Hotel is also a relatively new hotel, the CP value is really super high, and I will stay again next time.

GGuest UserThe room is not big, but it is very convenient for just a short stay for one night. It is very close to the high-speed rail station (5-7 minutes walk). It takes about 15-20 minutes to Taoyuan Airport. The place is relatively biased. There is no convenience store around. It is recommended to buy food at the high-speed rail station and then go to the restaurant. The bathroom is shared, but it is very clean. WiFi signal is also full, staying for one night is very affordable

The size of the air conditioner in the room, it will be more effective to adjust the cold or heating. There are also three KTVs in the same building. The entrance and exit flow at night is complicated. The interior of the hotel room is good, but the hygiene needs to be improved. However, the hotel staff told me they almost cancelled my room because i didn’t check in on time.
Story short was, my first booking was from 26th to 28th Dec, but because of the red eye flight, i wanted to catch some rest before exploring the city.
After reaching out to the hotel via trip, i was advised to cancel my booking and rebook with 25th dec so that the room will be readily available to me upon reaching the hotel. I did what i was advised and still the counter staff made the remark of “cancelling” my booking because i didn’t check in on time.
Room was a little shabby especially the toilet, looks very old, definitely needs some upgrading.
