"We arrived to our destination and went up to the room. We noticed very quickly that the whole Hostel was very outdated. I stayed in this place many years ago and liked it, so I wanted to go back. The worst decision ever. The whole floor was full of black long hair in the whole room, the bathroom and inside the bathtub. I send immediately a message to the person that send us the instruction for check in and told them what happened. No answer. We went outside to have lunch and after a while I called and told them what happened and he said that the cleaning lady wasn't there anymore, but he could clean it. I said yes of course, but we are not in, so he can go ahead and clean it. I wouldn't go all the way back and wait for an hour for him to clean the place. I assume that have an extra key for those circumstances. He told me we had to be there, so we agreed that the next day he would return me some money for the inconveniences caused. After a week I called to ask about the return and they are telling me that I should have cancelled the booking to get a return. I am in shock how people can have a working Hotel, treating their clients like that. PLEASE DONT GO THERE, THE PLACE IS OLD, DIRTY AND THEY TREAT THEIR CLIENTS VERY BADLY. There are so many nice places in Tarifa to choose from."

"The bed is very comfortable, there are lights and charging places on the bedside, and the bathroom is very clean. The people I met were very good. Although it was a mixed bed, there were a lot of girls and they slept very comfortably at night. The only thing is that the upper bed will be higher, and it is a bit difficult to climb up and down. It’s very close to the beach. It’s really super comfortable to wear slippers to the beach to watch the sunset in the evening."
