We loved the renovation, the outer has kept all its seal, while the interior is modern, warm and very comfortable. The bedroom is excellent, the kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is spacious with shower and bathroom. The area is in the full range, which is very relaxing, but we can easily reach the shops and Albi in a few minutes. It takes time to exchange with its visitors and tell the history of the domain, making the stay even more pleasant."

"One of those basic hotels the French seem to have so many of. In Castries for a ruby match so just a one night stay. Had a single room at the end of a corridor that was the length of the street! But room spacious and bed very comfortable. Only issue - the automatic self checkin system was a nightmare to operate. Joined a queue of people trying to gain entrance / get key codes. Took over half an hour (no staff on duty until later in the day). A slow and quirky system - needs to be reviewed. Otherwise its exactly as it says on the tin."

"Thank you to all of the team at the Chateau de Fiac. We have thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay of 3 nights at the end of August 2025. Our room was light, airy and peaceful with views onto the beautiful grounds and mature trees within the chateau's park. We found the sauna, steam room and outside pool to be excellent, with plenty of space for swimming lengths in the outdoor pool. The restaurant provided us with memorable meals and were able to accommodate our special request too. We have left with some lovely memories of our stay at this perfectly peaceful hotel. "
