"This is the second time we've visited this hotel and it was as good as the first time. The apartments are large, bright, airy and clean. We had one with a small garden which would be ideal if you had a young child with you. The breakfast is now even better than last time with a good choice of hot and cold foods. All the staff were friendly and helpful including reception. The chef, Analissa, went out of her way to help if you wanted something different. Lina and Driss, in the restaurant and bar, were always cheerful and welcoming. We would go back there again. It is a steep walk up the hill if you are not very mobile but it is manageable. There is not a lot of choice of restaurants and bars in the resort but a short bus ride away takes you to Amadores beach where there are plenty of lovely restaurants."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolutely Fantastic Holiday – We Didn’t Want to Leave! This was our first proper holiday since 2019, so we were really looking forward to getting away, and TUI BLUE Suite Princess in Gran Canaria absolutely exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, we had a fantastic time. The whole hotel was beautiful, exceptionally clean and very well looked after. Our room was spacious, comfortable and spotless, and the standard throughout the entire hotel was outstanding. The food was one of the biggest highlights. The choice and quality were unbelievable, with so much variety every day. Everything we tried was delicious, fresh and beautifully presented. We genuinely looked forward to every meal! The staff deserve a special mention because they were absolutely outstanding. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, professional and worked incredibly hard to make sure guests were enjoying themselves. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and they helped create such a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. The pool area was fantastic, beautifully maintained and the perfect place to relax in the Gran Canaria sunshine. The views and surroundings just made it even better. After waiting since 2019 for another holiday, we wanted somewhere we could completely switch off, relax and enjoy ourselves, and Suite Princess delivered exactly that. It genuinely felt special and reminded us just how much we had missed going away. We came home feeling relaxed, refreshed and with some brilliant memories. Outstanding food, outstanding staff, beautiful rooms, fantastic pool and a wonderful hotel overall. We would absolutely recommend TUI BLUE Suite Princess and would happily return. "After reading reviews before we went i was very worried about going to this hotel,everyone is different so it depends on what sort of holiday you like,were not fussy at all and can just get on with things,we went for 10 days as a family of 4 adults and 2 children 8 and 12 but a week is long enough,its a quiet area so not much to do apart from beach,water park or pool so id advise going on excursions we did a boat trip which was great seeing the dolphins,we went to mogan market it was like a cattle market and with how hot it was it didnt work with 2 children and an adult with a walking stick,if you do go keep children close as you literally cant move but mogan it self is lovely id advise getting taxis,the hotel it self could do with updating but nothing major,rooms are a good size and ours was clean,food average could do with doing more themed nights probably will get bored of eating the same thing and just check any meat especially chicken as sometimes it was still pink inside we went out to the sunset beach bar a few times,the water park is salt water but my husband and 12yr old were fine with goggles on,there wasn't much for my 8yr old as they cant swim the pirate ship slide was for up to age 6 they are manned by staff and do ask ages all other slides are in deeper water,you do have to pay for sun lounger mats,parasols and any food or drink at the water park its only the entry whats included in your all inclusive,my children loved the pool until no floatys were allowed which I found weird as they'd let them have them for a good 4/5 days then they weren't allowed but they allowed balls in the pool which were getting thrown every where so didnt make sense,pool bar food ok,sun loungers at the pool we always managed to get some on a tiered area,the beach is lovely water sports and beach bars/restaurants,the sunset bar is great the staff are amazing there,the drinks at the hotel weren't the best flat fizzy drinks,paper cups didnt make it any better,night entertainment not the best,children's entertainment at 8 til 9 great for young ones,adults 9 til 10 then thats it no music playing nothing,the bar next to the reception is nice,again no music on in the back ground luckily the princess hotel across has entertainment on til midnight so you can listen to that,a man comes round selling light up things what you can send up in the air these were a god send for my children on a night hes such a lovely man too,you can buy them from shops at the hotel but his work a lot better,cock roaches were all over on a night up near the entertainment bar on the decking part and you need to be at the entertainment around 7/7.30pm to get a seat as its very busy,overall an average holiday kids enjoyed it which is the main thing but they were ready to come home after a week,we wouldn't come back here again but would come back to gran canaria."

"Arrived at 11-00pm after over 4 hours on plane then a hour and a half by coach to check in paid for all inclusive on arrival for food received bottle of smalll water one piece of fruit and a stala sandwich there is a fridge in are which could have had fresh fruit bottles of water in many so cheese or sliced meat well have paid for all inclusive after all the food in the restaurant food is so poor no flavour very bland poor choices and poor quality themed nights Mexico rubbish food night avoided stayed here for a week eat at pool bar more flavour 🤬🤬"
