Excellete Property. Very centrally located in Old Tblisi. Very well mannered staff and extremely cooperative. I would definitely stay with them again. The building has its rustic charms. Old building refurbished into a modern boutique hotel.

Recently renovated building with exquisite taste and attention to detail. The staff were amazing. Every booking and request attended to immediately. The location in Tbilisi old city is the best and really if you want a real Georgian experience this is where you want to stay.. not some big chain.

Excellent new hotel, good and satisfying breakfast. The location of the hotel is really excellent and is in the center close to everything. Spacious and clean rooms, we had a lovely balcony. The service of the staff was excellent, we really connected with them, they helped us with every question. A highly recommended hotel.

Great experience, great location and service, unique historical hotel and in the middle of cultural area of tblisi reception staff are very helpful who help ordering food from out, the guest relation shoota also is a great help and you can see him every where. Amazing hotel with its design, location, service, cleanliness. Breakfast is very delicious. Staff is very professional and friendly. Always happy to help. Restaurant Bamba is also amazing place with its live music. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay! Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating: everyone made an effort to make you feel welcomed. Room was comfortable and sparkling clean! The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Tbilisi. A truly luxurious stay that I highly recommend!

The hotel is beautifully located on the edge of the old town. The hotel has character and comfortable rooms. The staff is accommodating. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet. There are great restaurants that are just steps away from the front door.
