"Wow, this hotel was so, so, so wonderful! During my two-week trip to New York, I spent half of it in Manhattan, three days at this hotel in New Jersey, and the rest exploring the surrounding area. It was so wonderful that I wish I'd booked at least five nights! Because it's relatively new, everything was clean. I had a two-bedroom with a separate bedroom and living room, and it was much more spacious than the photos show. Even with three suitcases spread out, cosmetics, and luggage strewn about, there was still plenty of room! The room was incredibly convenient, with a comfy sofa and table, and a kitchen and dining table for cooking. The kitchen was also much larger and easier to use than the photos show. It was fully equipped with dishes and cooking utensils, and the fridge wasn't a mini-fridge, but a large one, which made it super convenient for stocking up on ingredients and cooking. The kitchen sink had a convenient garbage disposal, which was a nice touch! Since we didn't have to leave food waste in the room, we were able to keep the room clean and bug-free even without housekeeping. The bedding was comfortable, the water pressure was good, and while most Manhattan hotels have loud heaters, this one wasn't too noisy. The noise leaked into the living room, so I could close the door and it didn't disturb my sleep. And the decisive reason I can't help but praise this hotel so highly!! The view from the living room and room was... so beautiful! ㅜㅜㅜ I wasn't expecting much, but the moment I opened the curtains, it felt like I'd received an unexpected gift. It overlooked the nearby town, and it was so beautiful, I'd say it was the most beautiful view I've ever seen in New York. It's beautiful during the day, at sunset, and the sunrise was truly breathtaking... ㅜㅜ The view was so healing that my family said they'd spend a day just enjoying the view. The photos don't capture everything, but I've included some. I'm not sure if the view varies depending on the room, but the view of the town was truly a fairytale. It might have been even more beautiful when I went during the fall foliage season, but I think it would be truly beautiful in spring and summer as well. The breakfast room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast menu included yogurt, fruit, bagels and toast with various jams and butter, cheese, nuts, juice and milk, and a few hot items, including egg dishes. I was disappointed that there was no salad, but many New York hotels don't offer salads for breakfast. Fruit prices in the US are relatively low compared to other countries, but vegetables are expensive. ^^; The only downside is that it's a bit far from Manhattan. It's just one bus stop away from the Authority Bus Terminal, and the Authority Bus Terminal itself is conveniently located in the heart of Manhattan, so if you know where to go, it's worth getting around. First of all, the hotel facilities and view were on par with Manhattan (Manhattan had a beautiful city view with the Empire State Building and night views, and those were pretty, but this view was even more healing), so the bus ride was more than enough. I booked it at a much cheaper price than hotels in Manhattan, but my satisfaction was several times higher. It was such a satisfying hotel that I'm so happy I'll definitely book this place for my next trip!"

"The ladies at the front desk was very rude and did not help at all. Luckily, the man there helped me a lot. The story was that I had arrived early in the morning but there was no room available. I could understand wait but that ladies had a very bad attitude and just denied to keep me any advice. However, that man gave me a key to the garage so that I could unload my luggage from my car and waited at the lobby. Then I didn’t need to look for a place to wait for the room."
