"Quirky 500+ year old property decorated in contemporary Japanese style. Easy walk along the High Street for dinner. Good breakfast at a table shared with other guests. On the downside, the memory foam matress has a slope where everyone has sat on the edge of the bed, the shower was weak, as was the wi-fi."

"When we arrived party of 11 we were told there was problem with the credit card booking, they had done six separate payments for our rooms instead of one combine which flagged up as could be fraud. Made to feel really uncomfortable standing there phoning and showing bank details on phones as if we were trying to rip them off. The rooms were big everything you needed in them tv kettle etc, food was really good evening meal and breakfast. We were going to use the pool only to be told it was £25 each, (bit steep) On departure we had same problem at reception again saying we had to pay the whole bill again before we could leave. Staff really need training on being polite and how to treat their guests"

"We had a lovely stay at The Print House. Siobhan was extremely helpful both during booking and our stay. Such a lovely place to stay. It's styled in a very homely way with comfort in mind and the customer service compliments this. We loved that they stock local produce from food to drinks to toiletries. We stayed in the Copywriters Room which was comfortable and immaculately clean. It had everything we needed and looked over the rear of the property so it was lovely and quiet. Thank you Print House, we will be back :0)x"
