"This has to be the worst hotel I have stayed on holiday with my family. I'll start with the restaurants 2 hour time slots to serve 2000 guests,as you can imagine absaloute bedlam at breakfest and lunch. Food is sub standard with very little choice. You can join the que for coffee which takes on average 15 mins. For evening meals you have to book through the app which I wouldn't bother again crap choice of slop. Pizza restaurant is about the best of the lot because it's fresh. All the pools are minging they look they never get cleaned. Toboggan slides have a constant scum around the sides and bottom of the pool. Our had a ant infestation since the start of our holiday,we did complain but nobody came to sort it. Air con broke. The hotel decor of scum was around our shower. Get this Italian guest bought their dog on holiday ice I thought until it did a poo on the grass and it's left,surprised its not chucked in the pool. Terasini was a nice little town,we had to get of the hotel twice for something decent to eat. 10 mins down the road each way but cost 72 euro fRIP OFF!!! The hotel beach is nice too,basically anywhere outside the hotel😄 We complained about our problems but I get the feeling this a constant conversation from guests. This is a 2 star at best. Please read the reviews before booking or you will be disappointed. The views over the sea are nice but that's it."

"I strongly recommed this place. Giada is the perfect host: open,smily and a kind person. The B&B is in a great location,very close to the center and beach. The rooms are quite big,there is everything what you need. The kitchen is well-equipped. Giada serves homemade cakes- so tasty ( belive me,I know,what I'm talking about;). There is a car park on the street, right next to the door. If you want feel relaxed,you should visit Terrasini and Giada's place. For sure,I will definitely come back there. Giada,say hello to Bruno. You are always welcome in Poland;)"

"⭐️Exceptional stay & wonderful hospitality⭐️ I had such a lovely stay at Dimora degli Archi and would happily return. The accommodation is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, comfortable and in a fantastic location in the heart of Terrasini. What really made my stay exceptional, however, was the hospitality. Rossella was incredibly warm, welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and she was always available to offer advice or help with arrangements. As a solo traveller, I felt very comfortable and well looked after throughout my stay. The location was also perfect for me, with restaurants, cafés and the centre of Terrasini within easy walking distance, while Palermo Airport is conveniently close by. Rossella also helped me arrange a wonderful local driver, Tony, who was fantastic. I was only staying for a short visit to attend a wedding nearby, but I genuinely wish I’d had longer to enjoy both the accommodation and Terrasini. A beautiful property with exceptional hospitality. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Dimora degli Archi again or recommend it to others. Thank you, Rossella, for making my short stay such a lovely one! ♥️"
