Roda Beach Resort & Spa ★★★★★
"Second time visiting the roda beach resort and absolutely fantastic time again. Staff super friendly, efficient service, clean rooms, crepe lady at the beach wonderful, food excellent and had a full body massage at the spa, Helena and zeni fabulous and nikolata the best. Will be back again 100%"
Tzilios Studios ★★★
"Second time staying here as it’s a lovely place- basic but apartments have everything you need, beautiful massive pool, good bar, delicious food and friendly staff, LOADS of sunbeds. It is a 15/20 minute walk to the beach/town. Our first visit was amazing and so relaxing with lovely guests to chat pleasantly with over a drink or by the pool however this visit didn’t have the same vibe due to some of the English guests- loud, obnoxious and cliquey (a certain few parties) but they definitely ruined the first few days for me personally. No consideration for anyone else and appeared to be unable to talk quietly- everything was at full decibel from morning til night. Obviously this isn’t the hotel’s fault but it has put me off wanting to go back in case they were to return at the same time, the last couple of days were blissfully peaceful once the majority had gone home aside from one woman who was there the whole time 🙄. All in all a great wee place- take earplugs and headphones incase you have the misfortune of being there at the same time as the Yorkshire/Leeds folk. "
Robolla Beach Aparthotel ★★★★
"We've spent 10 days here at Robolla and it's been wonderful! The staff are some of the nicest, friendliest people I've ever come across, the lady at the beach bar remembered our drinks orders by day 2 (and we weren't there too often!) The man I assume to be the manager is so friendly and made a real effort to include our children and they even learnt some Greek which was lovely. The apartment we had was just a standard room, but had everything we needed and was cleaned daily. The pool areas (there are 3) are clean and tidy and staff are happy to bring you your iced coffee to your lounger. There are plenty of loungers in good locations so no 6am fights for the good seats. The restaurant for breakfast is busy by 9.30 onwards, but is always being restocked, my daughter opted for fresh watermelon and olives most days. Dinner time it gets a little warmer up there, so aim for the table by the aircon unit, or closer to the fans by the huge bifold windows overlooking the pool. The food options are plenty, catering well for me as a veggie, my meat eating husband and 2 fussy children. The little shop onsite has most things you'll need, but theres also a little place on the beach for extras. Yes there are stairs and hills, but I definitely wouldn't let it put you off, unless you have access requirements (which I'm sure they'd cater for if you spoke to reservations upon booking) the pool and beach bar area are perfectly placed when you have little people wanting to move locations every hour. The staff really make this place, so friendly and always happy to go the extra mile. If I didn't have about 1000 places on my travel list, we'd be back next year for sure! Thank you Robolla Team, lots of love from Room 19 xx"
Unda ★★★★
"My partner and I have just returned from a week’s stay at Hotel Unda. I was trying to think of a single word to describe the experience for this review… words like “exemplary”, “sensational” or “unrivalled” may sound cliched; they are not even close in describing this new hotel on the northern coast of Corfu. I could not recommend this hotel more highly. The aesthetics and design of this hotel are beautiful. The staff are incredibly professional - if very busy at times… which can delay service just for a fleeting moment… but please remember you’re in Corfu, on holiday at the most fabulous hotel; deadlines and other priorities should be a distant memory. To single out specific individuals on the team would be a disservice to those not mentioned as It’s clear they are all so wedded to the success of this new establishment. So what would I change or suggest as very discerning improvements…? I want this new hotel to be a success! The hotel staff deserve this at the very least… they are all so lovely. Easier access to the sea - I love swimming in the ocean and do it all year round. The sea water just metres from the hotel is simply stunning. Bring water shoes to allow easier walking across the pebbles. Once in, the sand is fabulous. The hotel organises some wonderful live music events. They are very cool. As a thought I’d love to see a huge bbq event for guests every week / month… just to mix up the menu slightly."
Lena Mare Boutique Hotel ★★★★
"Beautiful hotel, super friendly and helpful staff, great sized room with own personal hot tub, balcony overlooking the pool with beautiful views of the sea and the sun setting. Really cannot recommend this hotel enough. Lucky to go at the start of the season so not many guests and so peaceful, perfect place to have a few solid days R & R and great base for exploring north of the island. Breakfast is simple but again just right, greek yoghurt, freshly baked breads etc and all included in price. Price is sooooo cheap for this standard of hotel and if possible snap it up whilst prices are low as imagine as it gets busier and more popular it will get more expensive. Gym is small so don't expect too much and beauty treatments by and external company so need to be booked in advance. I didn't eat here in the evening but told chef is really good. Pool service to your subbed from the bar and nothing too much trouble for any of the staff. If you're looking for the perfect getaway in the north of the island this is the place. Best food I found was in a restaurant called 'The Garden' in town, great souvlaki and house white!"
Grecotel LUXME Costa Botanica ★★★★★
"A beautiful hotel, set in gardens next to the beach. Staff were really welcoming, and always so friendly and helpful. Food was great, we loved all the al a carte restaurants, set amongst the ‘village square’ central area to the hotel. Lots of really nice extras…. The crepe & ice creams next to the beach, the patisserie bar in the evening, the snack bar near the pool. The beach is beautiful, easily accessible, the sea is warm clear and shallow. We never had a problem finding a sunbed by the pool or the beach at any time of day. I would recommend the Wine tasting with the amazing Georgia, a great experience. We had the most amazing, relaxing holiday We will definitely be back !"
Century Resort ★★★★
"Century Resort is nice but we were really disappointed on arrival as the hotel accommodation was nothing like the one advertised on the Tui website. Whilst we appreciate that images on a website is an illustrative guide, they should still be realistic of the standard we can expect. The room on the Tui website looked nothing like the one we were allocated. This is room 703 which looked like a former storage utility room with metal railings converted into a bedroom - as you can see in the pictures. I think if we had been given a room that looked like the picture on the website then we would've given higher marks. Pros: - The bed was comfortable. - People at the resort are friendly - especially our cleaner with the reddish hair. - The resort is family friendly and really good for kids. - The service is efficient. Cons: - We stayed room 703 which looked nothing like the one advertised on Tui website. It was more like a former storage room with metal railings and we had paid for 10 days! We would never had booked this room if I had seen the real pictures. - The garden view faces the car park driveway. - I had ordered a chicken meal for lunch at the resort and found pork. I can eat pork but some people do not. - Dirty cups in the bedroom weren't replaced. We used handwash to rinse it ourselves. We were very disappointed with our room, but otherwise, location was very good, pool was good, staff was polite, and great for families. Our satisfaction rating would've been higher if it wasn't for the room."
Eleni Apartments ★★★
"Another fabulous holiday at Villa Eleni, I cannot praise this accommodation enough. My husband and I had a two bedroom apartment which had every facility we could wish for. I'm almost frightened to praise it too much incase it gets booked out! Eleni, Socrates and Nikos are perfect hosts, they make everyone feel special and constantly ask if there's anything we need. Often we got lovely surprises of delicious cakes along with a welcome pack of water, juice and cookies. Toiletries are provided as is a hair dryer and an iron and ironing board. The apartment is central to everything we loved, a beautiful beach, brilliant restaurants and evening entertainment. We were so sorry to leave but we will return next year and have booked to come back in June and September. Thanks so much Eleni and your lovely family for everything. Love Marion and Stewart. "
Restia ★★★★★
"This is a great resort for an adult only getaway in a quiet location. The facilities, including the rooms, garden and pool are outstanding. The bar is a great place to relax through the day or evening. "
