"On our vacation trip through Europe, we had reserved a room for 3 persons. We arrived late in the evening and met a friendly member of staff at the reception. He spoke great English and was very helpful. We had paid for the room upfront via PayPal before arriving, and the price was very fair. The room had three beds, each with a nightstand. There were outlets near the beds and USB chargers built into the bedside lamps. The duvets and pillows were comfortable. The room also had a large closet with extra pillows, a code safe, and a fan. On the table there was free coffee and tea. There was a spacious bathroom with a shower, plenty of towels, and a hairdryer. The view was beautiful, and the town seemed very quiet and cosy. We didn’t eat at the hotel, but the restaurant looked great. The only thing to be aware of is the nearby church tower, which rang every half hour during the night. Not the hotel’s fault, of course, but keep it in mind if you’re a light sleeper — it might wake you. We found it charming and even laughed about it, as we had never experienced anything like that before. It didn’t wake us during the night. You can park for free in the back area of the hotel."

"Wow ! A place you don’t want to miss, so peaceful and have everything you need for a perfect holiday / gateway. We’ve stay there for more than 5 months all together throughout the year, and every stay the experience just got better and better. This is the place for family gatherings, friends, couples , business. the place is top equipped with all the facility you need, in room and out at the park. From age 0-150 , perfect! . Reality is much more impressive than the pictures at the web which usually its the other way around. I would like to mention one of the staff member, the reception manager, Melanie that contributed so much to our pleasant stay, took care of any issue that pop and did it all with great patience and went far and beyond to make sure our stay is perfect. So with a personal note to Melanie , once again thanks for making our stay - perfect. We are sure we’ll meet again :-)."

"The hotel is in a great location, with a historic atmosphere and beautiful environment. It is close to the city square and is quiet and comfortable. Disposable items such as slippers and toothbrushes are not provided, so you need to bring your own in advance."

"What a drama. Hotel room 24 is only a small promotion from broom closet to 2 person room. No wardrobe, no space for luggage and the sleeping area with a much too narrow bed, only accessible via a steep staircase. What a shame to rent such a room to 2 guests! Extremely poor performance of the Saillant hotel chain! Watch out when booking! Expect a certain compensation!"
