I’ve been on Trip Advisor for a long time and have never posted a review. I felt compelled to do this after staying at the K Tower Hotel for the past 2 weeks. My wife and I decided to go to Tijuana for alternative cancer treatment at the Oasis of Hope Hospital in Tijuana. Needless to say neither of us was very excited about the prospect of spending several weeks in Tijuana. However all of that changed once we found the K Tower hotel. From the manager Jose to the concierge Christian and Marcos and all of the wait staff in the excellent restaurants we have been more than satisfied with our stay here. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure we are comfortable and all of our needs are met. Our room is huge and extremely clean. Both the downstairs pool and the upstairs rooftop pool are gorgeous! The rooftop bar, pool and hot tub are straight out of Architectural Digest and are top notch. There is a DJ most nights playing really good music. The food in the 3 restaurants is amazing- fresh fish, beef, chicken and vegetables with amazing presentation and so is the room service for that matter. Rooftop sushi is excellent and fresh. If you find yourself in Tijuana please don’t hesitate to stay here at the K Tower or its sister property the Hotel Lucerne (they are adjacent).

Disadvantages: This hotel is in the city center, the traffic volume is relatively large nearby, the sound insulation effect of the room is not ideal. Another point is that this hotel does not provide breakfast (it is a high-class hotel nearby, after all, the accommodation fee is so high) Advantages: Excellent location, convenient transportation, close to the airport and long-distance bus station. The best place to enjoy the lively, diagonally opposite the hotel is a well-known RIO shopping plaza, which has Adi Nike stores, well-known cosmetics stores, Apple stores, etc., a small partner who knows Spanish, about a Mexican girl. In the Spanish-style love movie (about), there is a Starbucks coffee shop under the hotel. You can have a cup of matcha star ice music (personal preference) in the afternoon. If you can’t sleep at night, you can also think of your sister. Come to the small bar next to the hotel lobby for a drink, and have a good night's sleep. Maybe there will be an affair in your dreams. Last reminder: Tijuana is a relatively bad border city in Mexico (the murder rate of drug abuse is high), so nothing to run around.

This is my second visit to the Quartz for medical tourism. The location is perfect in a nice part of town and the upper plaza has its own level connected to the New City Medical building and so medical offices are easily and safely accessible to guests. Pool and spa were well maintained and a beautiful garden is also out in the area. Within walking distance is a market and a ****** and little shops. Taxis are easy to find should you need. The rooms are exceptionally clean with comfortable robes and attention to details like lighting and temperature. The staff is pleasant and there is always someone who speaks English well enough to communicate. They are friendly and helpful. There is an upscale Spa and artist feel to the place. I will be back.

This is the absolute best place to stay on Revolution Av. I have stayed here for years. The view is great, and the staff is quite helpful. A wonderful breakfast comes with the room which includes fresh squeezed orange juice. It is near Tilley's and Hotel Caesar that both have great restaurants.

I was in this fantastic hotel to celebrate the independence of Mexico from September 15 to 16, this hotel has the largest rooms, comfortable, impeccable, amenities and the best thing is the terrace that is on the top floor with an exceptional view, prices They are very reasonable, but best of all is the great team they have, starting with the reception, everyone is very professional and very friendly and with a warm welcoming smile.

Hotel Caesar's is a historic place located on Revolucion avenue. If you want to see central Tijuana, this is a good choice to stay. The hotel restaurant is where Caesar salad was invented. You could have them hand toss the salad for you like a show. The hotel is reasonably priced at around $40-$50 USD weekdays. Weekends, they raise the price considerably. It is best to check booking websites for better deal. And paying in MXN pesos gives a slight advantage in price (let your credit card handle the foreign exchange). The rooms are very clean although a little bit dated. I would recommend getting rooms on the 2nd floor as the 3rd floor feels like an addition. The 2nd floor looks more authentic. Some rooms facing the Revolucion (main street) could be noisy. Each room has a walk-in closet with a safe. You could store your valuables inside. There is large LCD TV but it doesn't seem like a smart TV. Each room has a small desk.

The hotel entrance is very small. It is essentially 1 regular glass door (32.53073920595744, -117.03780915064294) next to the bar. The hotel has a permanent staff watching this door. You can be buzzed in by this staff. Your key only opens your room. the majority of the room do not have any electronic locks. It's just good old fashion keys. The queen size bed is on a frame. It is not very stable. One can easily move it. This helps the staff change your sheets easily. There is smart TV mounted on the wall with Netflix available. The soaps in the bathrooms are on a dispenser. There is no safe. The wardrobe is a cabinet looking thing without any doors. half of the room have windows, might be noisy sometimes. The other half have skylights because they are on the inner side of the building.

I have stayed in dozens of hotels in Tijuana, this is my current favorite. Conveniently located in the center of the Centro area, this hotel provides reasonable pricing, with boutique hotel amenities. After staying at other hotels nearby, where you will experience the pounding bass of nearby discos or constant street noise, until the wee hours of the morning, Rio Rita provides a quiet night sleep. All the rooms are set back away from the street, the drawback with this are the windows face-out to the hallway, so don't expect any views. This hotel was recently renovated and is clean and comfortable. Each room is themed with a mural of iconic pop culture figure. I recently stayed in the Bridget Bardo room. The king size bed was very comfortable, a nice size T.V. had a few English-speaking channels. The bathroom was clean and modern. The rain shower head was a nice touch but be aware the hot water took about 5 minutes to get going. Location is key here as it located near some great restaurants and artisanal brewpubs. Top notch Caesars, La Justina and Verde y Crema Restaurants, as well as Insurgente, Border Psycho, Mamut and Norte brewpubs are within walking distance. Entrance to the hotel is always locked and require a room card or to be buzzed in by reception.

Ssoftballmom7Let me just start by saying this hotel and their staff were great! I went down there to take my daughter for a medical procedure. I dropped her off at 8 a.m. but their check in time is 3 p.m.. They bent over backwards to help me out and had a room ready by 11 a.m.. The rooms very extremely clean and comfortable. The hotel is taking extreme precautions due to Covid. They take your temperature at the door, supply hand sanitizer, and all employees are wearing masks with servers also wearing gloves. I ate multiple meals at the restaurant with the food being good, not very expensive, and again the waiters being so friendly and accommodating. The hotel has a shutter service and they drove me to the hospital to pick up my daughter so I didn't have to navigate the confusing streets of Tijuana. And as I was leaving, the nicest thing they did for me was to actually lead me to the border entrance we needed by following the shuttle driver there. If I go to Tijuana again, this is the only hotel I would stay in.

We felt like we were the only ones at the hotel—excellent lighting with plentiful amounts of USB and electric connections for all our electronic devices. A closet, iron, and board, safe, blow dryer, and complimentary water in the room along with a small fridge. Check-in was very efficient. Using the app would have been quicker. They have a sanitizing protocol like spray sanitizing your luggage, shoes, and hands. We loved the stay and can't wait to stay again.

GGuest UserPositives: Good location in the Zona Rio area. The hotel felt safe and secure. The front desk are very friendly and speak good English. The other staff I had interactions with were also very friendly (cleaning staff, staff that deliver room service) The room service food is good and punctual. Negatives: The rooms are slightly modern, yet outdated. Rooms are lacking some basic amenities such as a fridge, coffee and desk space. The pillows are very uncomfortable and too large to properly sleep on, I had to make pillows out of towels. The beds are comfortable though. No outlets by the beds, the only outlets are on the opposite side of the room by the TV. The walls are paper thin, you can hear the TV from the adjoining room as if the TV in your room is on. Also, the doors are not sound proof, you can hear everything right outside your door. The hotel was undergoing construction which created a lot of noise throughout the day. The hotel should be cheaper for what it is, it should be around $50 instead of $70; therefore, I can't say the hotel is a great value. The hotel is undergoing renovations so perhaps it will be nicer once the renovations are complete and represent better value.

GGuest UserThere are just way better hotels to stay at, where you can get better service in an area more conducive to walking around without needing a taxi. We booked this hotel because of its star ratings. We enjoy staying in nice hotels! This hotel is a 3 star at best based off the services provided by the staff alone. They missed so many little details it’s SAD! I am here on a medical recovery so we ordered lots of room service. Not ONCE did they get our orders correct. Each time the staff had to return 1-2 times to bring things back and looked frustrated that they had to bring things that they had forgotten. Last straw was I ordered a salad and they didn’t bring dressing, they took 30 minutes to bring the dressing and then asked for a charge correction because they made yet another mistake! We ordered drinks several times with no ice buckets and waited an hour for that also. The room was poorly cleaned. Leaving trash cans with no trash bags inside of them. We went out for a walk so they could clean the room and again. Poor job cleaning, floor not swept, still no trash bags in the garbage and bathroom not cleaned well. The area isn’t the best, the streets are wild so it’s difficult to just take a walk across the street unless you are literally running across. It isn’t really near anything. The room next to us had children staying there that we could easily hear all night. Not blaming the children it’s just the rooms are not very sound proof at all.

Its not fancy but it is very nice. each time is a surprise, now they have plenty of parking now. We were in the room and we were able to get a packet of 200 pesos for the TV and air conditioning checks. The clean room but a little old yet with all its facilities except a mini-fridge. The hotel is well located as you can find a xxo, a small new square, tacos in the night (I recommend tacos my house), trucks and ”taxi routes” going to the center/line and airport. GGuest UserThis is the kind of place you stay to get a few hours of sleep after getting drunk in one of TJ's many drinking establishments. The hotel is right in the middle of the red light district. It is convenient to many of the establishments that people come to TJ for. If you don't care about anything other than having a bed in a convenient location, this place is a good value and may work for you. It's not a place you'll want to spend any extra time at. That being said, let me explain more about this hotel. It looks nice from the outside, and is set back from the main road by a private parking lot which is guarded. The security of this place is good, which is much appreciated considering the seediness of the area. The staff here are good too, very efficient and friendly. Check in and check out are a breeze and the staff will help whenever they can. The public areas of the hotel have been recently spruced up and look nice. The price of the rooms are reasonable. Those are the only positives, though. The rooms are just nasty - smelly, noisy, dirty. There is almost no natural light - one window faces the interior hotel atrium, and two tiny windows located in the shower room open to an alleyway. There is no fresh air in the rooms and no ventilation, other than noisy wall unit A/C which is only recirculating the same stale air. This is probably why the rooms have a smell. The walls are thin so you'll be hearing a lot of noise (though just from the inside of the hotel - the hotel is set back enough from the street that you don't hear street noise). The rooms were not clean, with little stains here and there, paint peeling off, mold in the bathroom area etc. There are also almost no amenities - no fridge, hair dryer, tissue box. There is a small safe, however. My towels were damp, probably from not being dried enough in the laundry. This hotel can serve a purpose but just know what you are getting if you make a reservation.
