The room is a little small, but the location is convenient and there are many choices for restaurants and banks around. It is still possible to stay at the airport for one night. Breakfast is also OK, standard for a normal budget hotel.

Very clean hotel. It’s cheaper to reserve online otherwise the room is 3 times as expensive. Staff are friendly and helpful.

There are just way better hotels to stay at, where you can get better service in an area more conducive to walking around without needing a taxi. We booked this hotel because of its star ratings. We enjoy staying in nice hotels! This hotel is a 3 star at best based off the services provided by the staff alone. They missed so many little details it’s SAD! I am here on a medical recovery so we ordered lots of room service. Not ONCE did they get our orders correct. Each time the staff had to return 1-2 times to bring things back and looked frustrated that they had to bring things that they had forgotten. Last straw was I ordered a salad and they didn’t bring dressing, they took 30 minutes to bring the dressing and then asked for a charge correction because they made yet another mistake! We ordered drinks several times with no ice buckets and waited an hour for that also. The room was poorly cleaned. Leaving trash cans with no trash bags inside of them. We went out for a walk so they could clean the room and again. Poor job cleaning, floor not swept, still no trash bags in the garbage and bathroom not cleaned well. The area isn’t the best, the streets are wild so it’s difficult to just take a walk across the street unless you are literally running across. It isn’t really near anything. The room next to us had children staying there that we could easily hear all night. Not blaming the children it’s just the rooms are not very sound proof at all.

Disadvantages: This hotel is in the city center, the traffic volume is relatively large nearby, the sound insulation effect of the room is not ideal. Another point is that this hotel does not provide breakfast (it is a high-class hotel nearby, after all, the accommodation fee is so high) Advantages: Excellent location, convenient transportation, close to the airport and long-distance bus station. The best place to enjoy the lively, diagonally opposite the hotel is a well-known RIO shopping plaza, which has Adi Nike stores, well-known cosmetics stores, Apple stores, etc., a small partner who knows Spanish, about a Mexican girl. In the Spanish-style love movie (about), there is a Starbucks coffee shop under the hotel. You can have a cup of matcha star ice music (personal preference) in the afternoon. Last reminder: Tijuana is a relatively bad border city in Mexico (the murder rate of drug abuse is high), so nothing to run around.

I was there 2 times, the first the good and clean hotel, the second bad experience. I arrived from my flight at 9 a.m. and I had to work out there, they gave me that until 1:30 would be my room, and that if I wanted to be before 1:30 would they charge me 400 pesos, I obviously told you no, Afterwards I returned to install and I told them I would be 3 nights but the last night wouldn't be all day that my stuff were kept for me since my way was out at 6:30 pm and if there were possibilities to deliver to 2-3 pm the room and they told me not again, The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. I went to Cesar hotel that is a few minutes away and certainly in that hotel I was much better, I got options and I got the deal I expected

I was in this fantastic hotel to celebrate the independence of Mexico from September 15 to 16, this hotel has the largest rooms, comfortable, impeccable, amenities and the best thing is the terrace that is on the top floor with an exceptional view, prices They are very reasonable, but best of all is the great team they have, starting with the reception, everyone is very professional and very friendly and with a warm welcoming smile.

The hotel entrance is very small. It is essentially 1 regular glass door (32.53073920595744, -117.03780915064294) next to the bar. The hotel has a permanent staff watching this door. You can be buzzed in by this staff. Your key only opens your room. the majority of the room do not have any electronic locks. It's just good old fashion keys. The queen size bed is on a frame. It is not very stable. One can easily move it. This helps the staff change your sheets easily. There is smart TV mounted on the wall with Netflix available. The soaps in the bathrooms are on a dispenser. There is no safe. The wardrobe is a cabinet looking thing without any doors. half of the room have windows, might be noisy sometimes. The other half have skylights because they are on the inner side of the building.

Very satisfied, the environment is good, the space is spacious, and it comes with kitchen tools. I can cook noodles, especially for foreigners who are not used to eating local food. This is especially helpful.
