"Beautiful landscape, clean hygiene, airy rooms, good light, spacious common area"

"Nice but very busy during summer holiday."

"Dirty shower, dust stains on the floor"

"It’s an ok stop over on the way back to Calais for us. There’s not a lot at the hotel and rooms are basic. Breakfast is included but basic and limited. Having said this, it does the job and for the price we paid it’s no problem."

"Clean, great location, friendly staff, highly recommended if you need to be in this area of Lyon"

"The room is relatively new, suitable for family travel"

"⸻ This extraordinary five-star hotel, home to a three-Michelin-star restaurant, is quite simply one of the most magical places we have ever experienced. From the very first greeting at the bar, where the journey begins with a beautifully crafted amuse-bouche, you sense that this is not merely a meal or a stay, but an immersion into something rare. What follows—whether for lunch or dinner—is a culinary ascent to another realm. Every detail is impeccable: the precision of the service, the harmony of flavors, the elegance of presentation, and the quiet confidence with which everything unfolds. What makes the experience truly exceptional is the human touch. The chefs themselves take the time to come to the table, sharing the story and heritage behind each dish. You feel the presence of generations of passion, love, and relentless dedication—a family that has not only built a dream, but protected its soul over time. The champagne selection is outstanding, curated with discernment and depth, elevating every moment of the experience. The hotel itself is an oasis of serenity. Each room feels like a sanctuary—soothing, generous in size, exquisitely appointed. The comfort is almost indescribable; sleeping there feels like being wrapped in absolute calm. It is the best rest we have had in years. This is not just a destination—it is a treasure. A true five-star haven where hospitality, gastronomy, and emotion meet in perfect balance. A place everyone should experience at least once in their lifetime."

"Very friendly welcome at 11:50 p.m. Clean and very quiet hotel."

"We stayed at the Enzo Hotel Kyriad de Reims in the full night, exhausted after a long journey. We booked the machine at 5 a.m. in the morning, thinking we could rest a few hours... But what horror at awakening! The room was infested with bed punishes, with sticks of our blood because of the pricks. We had the body covered with buttons, it was an abominable experience. We immediately reported the problem to the receptionist who promised us a refund. But it was only promises in the air! It's been more than two months we demand our debt, but every week, it's the same speech: "We have brought the information back to the mother's house, it's not our responsibility." A bad joke... A hotel that takes fun of its clients and doesn't take any responsibility. Verily! I disadvise this place if you keep a little or a little to your health."
