It's close to the bus stop and has good access. The room is a converted one-room apartment, and has a kitchen. There are plenty of amenities.

im gonna be really honest in this review of the SINGLE BEDROOM so pls read carefully !
the room is OK. my ratings are as below BUT!
bed - OK 8/10
bathroom - OK 8/10
the only problem w the single bed room is the disgusting smell from the kitchenette. the ventilator smell is absolutely diabolical ! the smell stains your clothes and its smells the whole room. the wood features are also smelling of old wood.. which sucks.. the aircond on the other hand releases what smells like mouldy-air..
the room itself was OK but i srsly suffered for 2 nights while sleeping there and it caused me a headache.
location wise: IT IS FAR FROM THE TRAIN STATION !!!!!!!! it is close by the bus stop which you can take to the train stn / straight to shibuya but it is not a short walking distance to the train station !! at most it is about 20-25 mins ! pls take note of that.
amenities & service - 10/10 ! the front desk was helpful & they provided all the necessary items such as toothbrush, razor, shampoo etc
otherwise, i guess it does its job to house people overnight / 2 !

The location is excellent, but there is no elevator.
The room is small, the bed smells too much of cigarettes, and it always feels unclean.

The room smells like cooking fumes. The exhaust fan has to be turned on 24 hours a day. It's uninhabitable.

At first, it was hard to find the front desk.
The building was old, but the room was nicely appointed.
It seemed like they could cook, so I thought it would be good for multiple nights.

Similar to domestic apartments, the location is average and far from the subway. The whole apartment is old, but the cleaning is OK. There is no elevator. We live on the third floor and can only carry our luggage up by ourselves. One advantage is that there is an induction cooker, which is suitable for family travel or the elderly and children. It is so comfortable to cook a bowl of noodles or porridge in the morning. We have been in Tokyo for so many days, and we bought vegetables and cooked them ourselves, realizing vegetable freedom. You can't eat vegetables every day, they are all cold side dishes or salad grass. The surrounding area is residential, similar to the residential area of an apartment.
