For guests who stayed for more than 6 consecutive days, the apartment hotel only cleaned the room for the first time on the 4th day of their stay. I don't know if the cleaning aunt was too busy to forget to clean up the garbage bags or was not serious about her work. She didn't clean up all the garbage in the room for the first time, but only cleaned up part of it. The trash can in the bathroom was not replaced in time, and the roll of paper was gone and was not replaced in time. As a result, I changed it myself. The toilet paper in the bedroom was used up and was not replaced in time. I went to the front desk downstairs to get it myself. After the hotel reservation was successful, I commented on these situations directly. I didn't expect the hotel to respond quickly. On the 5th day of my stay, they helped me clean up the trash can in the room and replaced the roll of paper in the bathroom with new ones. This is worthy of praise. The service at the front desk must be very good. Disposable toothbrushes, cotton swabs, and combs can be taken by yourself at the front desk downstairs, which is very convenient. The hotel is about 500 meters away from Shuitiangong subway station. The transportation is very convenient. There are Family Mart and 711 convenience stores around, which is very convenient for shopping. I think the room is particularly good because it has a washing machine and dryer, which is very convenient for washing clothes at any time. The kitchen facilities are also very complete, with induction cookers, pots and pans, various cups, etc. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the evaluation, and the hotel room is also very large.

The location is OK. It's very close to the airport bus station. There is an open-air corridor outside the room. When the weather is hot, a heat wave will come out when you open the door. Haha. The front desk is self-service check-in. You have to scan your passport yourself.

The hotel sells small packets of seasonings, which are cheap. The hotel lobby is small. The elevator also has a password. It is very safe. Go out 200 meters to Suitengumae subway station. Get off the elevator and go down. Next to the TCAT airport bus station passenger terminal. It is convenient to go to both airports. There is an udon restaurant at the traffic light, which is also very delicious. There is a Family Mart in the opposite direction. When using Google navigation, pay attention to whether the searched address is consistent. There is also a store of theirs next to Nihonbashi. You don’t have to take skylines when you come out of the airport. The airport bus is also very convenient. Narita is 56 minutes to TCAT and Haneda is 25 minutes. You don’t have to transfer back and forth. If you want to go shopping at the door, then change to Asakusa or Akasaka. This apartment hotel has a large room. Family Mart likes it very much. It is very convenient. The staff can speak English.
