The price/performance ratio is very high. The room is considered large in Japan. Very quiet. 5 minutes walk from Nishi-Kasai Station on the Tozai Line. Toothbrushes, pajamas and other supplies can be picked up in the lobby. There are supermarkets around for shopping. I will consider this hotel next time I come to Tokyo.

I called to confirm my reservation and to confirm that I would be arriving at the hotel over the next day.
My reservation had already been completed, and I was relieved to see that there was a staff member at the front desk.
The receptionist greeted me with a "Thank you for your hard work," and immediately showed me to my room, which was a relief.
Luckily, there happened to be a room available, and they provided a room of a grade equal to or higher than the one I had reserved.
The room was spacious and clean, which was a great honour, and it brightened my tired mood.
I was able to relax more comfortably than I had imagined.
I was also able to spend the night in a room close to the front desk in peace.
It was a wonderful experience.
