The nearest station is Tokyo Metro Suitengu Station. It is just off the exit on the Hamamachi side of TCAT (the landmark is Lawson). Access to Haneda Airport (from) is cheap by using Ningyocho Station (via Keihin and Toei Asakusa Line). There is a supermarket nearby, and it seems that it will not be inconvenient for meals if you include TCAT and Ningyocho. In terms of Samti shareholder benefits, it is inferior to the Osaka Honmachi used the other day, but it is enough.

The hotel place is about 10mins walking distance from the nearby Hamamatsucho (JR Line) train station. The hotel vibrant gives off old antique looking. Initially the room provided to us has some wall cracks damages and the air ventilation has some issues, whereby it did not produce cool wind even when we put the room temperature at 20 degree Celsius. We have to feedback to request for a room change. Initially the hotel receptionist mention they are unable to provide another room due to unavailability, but much rounds of asking, we manage to get another room (still got little bit of wall cracks), but at least the air ventilation is working. The rest of stays are generally OK, whereby we do not have much complaints about it. We sincerely hope the hotel could look into this.

We stayed at the hotel last spring and we had a great stay that's why when we went back last Autumn, we booked again at the same hotel since it's near the station, near Shinagawa Station, very accessible. It just so happen that during our recent stay, we all had allergies due to dust since the room that we booked was already fully booked and they transferred us to another room and we hope that this might be addressed sooner. But overall, we had a good stay at the hotel.

Adequate room size, clean (comes with air filter), complete amenities are provided and then some. They also have a self-service, first-come-first-serve locker/baggage room in case you arrive early before check-in time ( I believe it's also available if you checked-out and require a place to leave your luggage before moving to your next destination). Location wise, although it was manageable, it's still quite a distance from Shinjuku Stn and can be a challenge if lugging a suitcase or traveling with a kid. Overall is was a good experience, a nice comfortable space worth its price tag.

This hotel is small and there is no front desk staff to check in. You have to rely on the IPad in the foyer to communicate with the staff to obtain the entrance password. The room is compact but well-equipped and very new. The toilet and bathroom are quite spacious, and the kitchenette is also very practical. It is very close to Kasai Station and the Disneyland bus stop within walking distance. There is a supermarket and convenience store across the door, and the living facilities such as dining and hairdressing are complete. Generally speaking, as long as you don't stay in the room all day, you will find your stay comfortable and the price-performance ratio is very high. It’s a great place to visit Disney, and it’s also ok to go to the city center, half an hour from Shinjuku Ginza. The picture shows the Disney shuttle bus point.

This is a beautiful hotel set in a nice, quiet location, with all the amenities close by for a relaxed stay in Tokyo. It's a clean tidy comfortable hotel (4/5 star rating). The luxurious rooms come with en suite bathrooms, toiletries, A/C, heating, flat screen TV, tea/coffee facility, daily room service and so on. There is also complimentary coffee/tea available all day in the lounge area on the ground floor. Kasai subway station is only a minute's walk from the hotel to visit attractions/places of interest in Tokyo. Bus station is also located within walking distance (just near KFC) for travelling to Narita & Haneda international airports. Restaurants, fast food outlets like kfc/McDonald, convenience stores etc are all located nearby. The Buffet style breakfast provided (with a very limited selection) could have been a bit better though. Especially on the day of our departure at 06:30 am in the morning, the restaurant was serving breakfast but it wasn't buffet style, instead Japanese Obento box meal was served with Rice, Veggies, piece of Fish etc which was obviously also cold. (That would have been okay for lunch perhaps!) Most overseas guests, including us gave it a miss. The Restaurant is also quite small in capacity and guests are permitted in batches of about 25 people at a time, to sit down for breakfast. So if you are late, you have to join the queue and wait patiently or give it a miss if you are in a hurry to depart somewhere. As such, on this issue, there is certainly room for improvement for the hotel. But apart from this, Ilfiore is a beautiful, comfortable hotel in Tokyo as mentioned. The staff are also very polite, courteous & helpful. Il fiore means -- the Flower! Well, we were fortunate to witness some the Cherry Blossom during our stay in Japan! We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. We stayed here as the hotel is in close proximity to Disneyland Tokyo. We visited the park for 3 days and it took us roughly 10/15 minutes each day to get to the parks from the hotel, as the monorail is just a short walk away. On our last day in Disney it was pouring with rain and we got soaked. We had already checked out of the hotel and they were keeping our bags as we were taking the limo bus service to the airport later that night. Not wanting to get on the plane sopping were we asked if we could hav a room for a few hours to shower and dry off. The staff were very happy to help, and for just a small fee we were able to get a room. The staff were considerate and so helpful. Thank you for making our trip and ending one to remember.

It was an early morning flight, so I stayed the night before. I was closed for a while due to the corona disaster, but I am happy that it has resumed. The front desk staff and the bus driver are as expected! Needless to say, the room is clean, but the bed and sofa are also calm. Free drinks in the lobby lounge are also good If you dare to say, it would be nice to have a towel in the lounge. The faucet of the sink is good, but the water pressure of the shower is a little.

GGuest UserShiba Park Hotel is a beautiful, clean, quiet, elegant, fairly priced, stylish & cozy place. The rooms are large enough and the bathroom is modern, with all the amenities. In the room there is a safe, a large TV, comfortable sleepers and 2 brown cotton robes to wear when relaxing. We recommend to stay in this hotel to any tourist visiting the city, as it’s close to Daimon subway station and to many other attractions (Tokyo tower and Zojo-ji temple). Nice service, although the receptionists are a little slow. At floor 4 there’s a self service laundry (washer, drier and ironing board) that you can use with just 400 yens, at floor 8 there’s a water dispenser, and at floor 5 you can find a vending machine with cold water, sodas and beer! You can drink unlimited free coffee and tea at the main floor, and there’s a full restaurant at the entrance.

CChengPerfect location for shopping with major malls located with 10mins walk. The hygiene of the street outside the hotel is below expectation but that’s not what the hotel is responsible for. Type C port next to the bed makes charging convenient. The self laundry service costs 600 yen for 2-hour washing and drying without the need to bring detergent. Another convenient service is the drinking fountain on each floor with the choice of iced, room temperature and hot water.

KKaren TravellerWe book this hotel due to the free shuttle bus service to Disneyland and the appointment need to be made 2 months ago via the website . The shuttle bus is quite full but makes us very convenient to the park. We took the Limousine Bus from NRT airport straight to the hotel with around 1.5 hours and you can also buy the return ticket from the front desk. The transportation support of this hotel is awesome ! We also book a car nearby in Nippon car rental and only take us 5 mins walking distance to the car pick up point , the overnight parking charge is affordable with only 1000 yen per night. Recommended this hotel to those travellers looking for fast and convenient transportation time.

AAnonymous UserHighly recommend anyone who wants to stay in Ginza and wants an onsen within the hotel as well. Can't explain the joy of coming back after a long day of 25k steps and soaking in an onsen. The hotel provides a bathrobe & outdoor slippers (not for room) so you can use that to move about the hotel. The onsen has shower gel, shampoo and conditioner as well, so all you have to do is bring a towel that the hotel also provides. For anyone wondering, the hotel also has a coin operated washer and dryer. Can't remember the exact cost, but one cycle of washing and drying probably amounted to about 300 yen! Worth it to avoid doing laundry at home. For the room itself, although it is small, with some expert maneuvering, we were able to open up 1 large and 1 small luggage to pack things. The is a typical Japanese sized room aka small, but it's rather functional so it works if you're just looking to get some shut eye. All in all, I recommend this hotel!

MMurahariOnly 10 minutes walk from Ikebukuro Station (Exit North/W) along the way there are several shops including konbinis like Lawson and Family Mart.. there's also an AEON supermarket right next door! Love that this quiet neighborhood has so many facilities next to each other. Infront of the property there's a halal Pakistani Restaurant which adds a bonus for any traveller staying there. Also, the onsen within the property was what attracted me in the first place, Japan isn't Japan w/o a trip to an onsen and having one downstairs in the hotel is a convenient relief after a long day of sightseeing around Tokyo! Will definetly return for future stays!

GGuest UserThe hotel uses self-service check-in. This time, we have two adults and a one-and-a-half-year-old baby. The room looks very big in the photo, but it would be a bit awkward to put two suitcases in. This time, I was more disappointed when I entered the room. I found that the cleaning was not very clean, there was a lot of hair from the previous tenant, and there was dust on the refrigerator. The towels provided by the hotel have a strong smell of bleach, so it is recommended to bring your own towels. The location is about 15 minutes from the station. The only good thing is that the eel rice next door is delicious.
