"When I returned to the hotel in the evening, the front desk said there was a power outage and the elevator was not working. Ask a boss-like guy, where are the fire stairs? She said she didn't know, no one was passing by the store, so she shouldn't leave in the dark. The older lady had a very poor service attitude. The front desk was okay."

"The owner was incredibly hospitable and the service was excellent. Most guests here are visiting OMG Thrill Park, and the owner specifically told us to grab some hotel mineral water and apples to take with us. The room was also very new and clean, and the family room was super spacious. I especially want to mention that we forgot two small bottles in the room, and the owner went out of their way to bring them out to us. The service was truly outstanding, no complaints at all! If we come back to visit, we'll definitely stay here again! 😄"

"Check-in requires various registration and scanning documents. If you are in a hurry to check-in, you need to take a detour. Dirty rags were in the room, and the sheets had dirty marks. The double bed room had a single pillow and no hand sanitizer. The air conditioner was only not hot when it was set to the lowest temperature. Those who like to stay cool should avoid it. The TV is not clear. The water flushing upstairs makes the same noise as the water flushing in your room. You can often hear water flowing from the sewer in the middle of the night...it is up to the netizens to decide what price to pay for the room under such conditions."

"After choosing a guesthouse for one night in Tonglu, we opted for a hotel the next, and Tonglu Hotel truly was a pleasant surprise. The facilities are new, the decor is grand yet not old-fashioned, and the location is excellent with unbeatable river views. We even saw a rainbow and sunset that evening, which was incredibly beautiful. The room had good blackout curtains and soundproofing, though occasionally we could hear doors closing in the hallway. The biggest surprise was the 500-year-old camphor tree right outside the hotel's main entrance – you could feel its energy just standing beneath it. On good weather days, the hotel might consider hosting unique activities like Ba Duan Jin exercises under the tree. The hotel's Chinese restaurant was also great; it was affordable, delicious, and the service was excellent. For breakfast, I feel there's room for improvement in both the food quality and service. The flow for getting food and being seated is a bit chaotic, and the experience isn't ideal during peak hours. However, the lobby and customer service were prompt and attentive, which we were very satisfied with."

"Treasure hotel, good location and convenient transportation. It was very close to Tongjun Mountain. When I reached the top of the mountain, I saw the Fuchun River and my eyes were full of spring. The hotel has complete facilities. There is free water for check-in. There is also a free laundry room. The room is clean and sanitary. The towels are of good quality and clean. The floor is neat and clean. The sheets are neat and the disposable items are complete. The front desk service is enthusiastic, good attitude and thoughtful. When ordering takeout, a robot will deliver the food, which is very convenient. The whole thing is very smart. The breakfast is rich and delicious, with many varieties. The buns are delicious.
