Borgo Sentinella

Mi dispiace dirlo perché la location è davvero molto carina e il personale molto gentile, ma purtroppo considerato il prezzo, tutt’altro che economico, non si può abbandonare la sera la struttura. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare un’ora fuori dalla struttura con un bambino piccolo, in attesa che arrivasse qualcuno ad aprirci perché era andata via la luce e pertanto non potevamo aprire il cancello elettronico, e se qualcuno si fosse sentito male, cosa sarebbe accaduto?? Da pugliese mi dispiace dirlo, ci dobbiamo ridimensionare..non si possono chiedere cifre astronomiche e non fornire servizi adeguati. Bisogna meditare su questo.. altrimenti l’hastag #nonveniteinpuglia diventerà realtà

Borgo Sentinella è una bella struttura in evoluzione. Io era nella camera Chianca, affacciava sulla mini piscina, credo una della migliori. La camera è un po' piccola, ma non troppo. Lo stile è meno che minimalista, ma giusto che sia così in una masseria. Dargli un voto mi risulta un po' complicato, tante luci e qualche ombra. Parto dalle cose positive, Lo staff, tutti i ragazzi che lavorano lì sono molto bravi. Spero che siano remunerati nel modo adeguato. La cura delle pulizia e dei dettagli è quasi maniacale. La location è buona, non troppo lontano dal tanti lidi a pagamento sulla costa. Le ombre? Inizierei con la colazione, mi sta bene il KM 0, ma trovare tutte le mattine la stessa varietà, limitata, non va bene. Se poi la stracciatella la comprate alla MD, mi chiedo che KM 0 è? Poi non credo corretto che se vuoi qualcosa della colazione non a KM 0 la devi pagare, vedi foto allegata. Altra ombra bella la piscina, ma non accetto che se hai 15/20 camere, i lettini sula mini piscina siano meno degli ospiti. Nel complesso è più che soddisfacente, ma qualcosa va rivisto.

At the end of October we stayed in this beautiful little hotel for 5 nights and explored Puglia. The entire complex is based on an old farm and has been extensively renovated. It is extremely well maintained and full of loving details. Because there are only a dozen rooms, everything is very familiar and private. We had a junior suite with access to the courtyard and the pool. We really liked the decor. Extremely modern and yet very cozy and restored using regional materials. One highlight was, for example, the huge pink refrigerator in our room :-). The breakfast, which is served outside under a pergola, was very, very plentiful (fruit, jam, endless different types of bread/rolls, sausage, cheese, juice, coffee...) and very tasty. We sometimes sat there for almost an hour... The entire staff was very, very friendly and read our every wish from our lips. Even when we faced challenges (we wanted to book tickets for a football stadium under COVID conditions) they always had a solution. Our Italian is miserable, but English worked very well. We had a rental car and were therefore mobile. Because of the location, this is also recommended. Overall, a great stay in a modern and stylish boutique hotel. Would recommend the hotel anytime, immediately and without reservation.

We went to Borgo Sentinella for my partner's birthday, it was a wonderful experience. The resort is very suggestive, characteristic, quiet and has large and comfortable rooms. Relaxation by the pool is guaranteed by a limited number of guests and the pool can also be used at night. The delicious breakfast, very fresh products typical of the area, I particularly recommend the pasticciotto. But the real added value is given by the availability and extreme kindness of the staff who are always attentive and ready to satisfy our every request.

Only one word! WOW!!! Everything was perfect! The place was just beautiful, the breakfast delicious, not to mention the friendliness of the staff! Thank you for everything, We will come back with great pleasure.
