"The hotel itself is good, and the rooms are comfortable. The staff are also very attentive. My only suggestion would be for improved organization within the rooms. I assume this might be due to them being stretched during peak season. However, I must give a special shout-out to Fernanda, our housekeeper, who was incredibly attentive and quickly sorted out a few minor issues we had with our accommodation. Kudos to the entire team for their hard work and dedication!"

"Very good, it is a bit expensive, the waiter is good, clean and tidy, but the room is a bit small, the family lives a little crowded. The toilet is also small, I can get stuck on the wall wherever I sit."
