"I stayed at this hotel in Trabzon for 8 days with my wife, and it was a disappointing experience. I had booked a room with a double bed, but they gave us a room with two separate beds that were very uncomfortable and kept moving. I complained to the reception several times, and each time they made false promises like “we’ll change it today” or “we only have 4 double beds in the whole hotel.” Nothing was ever done, just excuses and lies. Poor management, terrible service, and zero honesty. I do not recommend staying here at all."
