"The apartment was spotless and perfect for our needs. Large bed with a small table and chairs. Had a fully equipped kitchen area with enough to make meals. The towels and bedding were changed weekly. Enough supplies were left and then purchased our own, as we extended our stay. The view from the balcony was brilliant. The pool area was perfect with enough sun loungers and bbqs with tools to use. Trinity beach was only a short walk and a cafe and restaurants right on your door step."

Kitchenette with dishwasher & stovetop, and bathroom with washer & dryer. Neighbourhood is very quiet, and security gates at night were appreciated too. Did not use the pool but it looked like a great way to while away a lazy afternoon"

"We have a pleasant stay at this property. We arrived out of check in hours but the property manager Laura has prepared everything in advance so we have no issues at all. There is an issue came up during our stay and Laura resolved the issue so promptly with excellent communication. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. We didn't get the chance to enjoy the swimming pool. Highly recommended this property to others."

"Needs renovation. Outdated. Very small minded management. No late check out without payment even though room wasn't cleaned [we were waiting in pool area] . Room not cleaned between first reservation and second time check in 2 days later in same room. Not even nappiestaken out from rubbish bin or toilet cleaned. Air con in main bedroom not working. No smoke alarm attached in main bed room. And then manager decided to play a little power and control game while 2 women who had stayed a total of 6 nights, were waiting and reading quietly by the pool and told by 12 to leave. Our flight only at 5. Told to "pack up". Both of us years in hospitality and international hotel management. Never encountered such rudeness. Suggest managers in the job too long. And, rarely at reception."

"Lovely setting, gardens & trees. Prior to making the booking which was to bring our Mum up for the warmer climate for a number of weeks - I rang the resort to confirm that the outdoor pool was heated and accessible as this is a daily routine to maintain mobility. Unfortunately upon arriving the sauna is out of action being repaired. The ‘heated’ lap pool is broken and irreparably. No signage to let anyone know, no estimated repair timeline. Very disappointing to be honest. Facilities are a little run down and tired looking. Reception seems to be closed most of the time. Book swap near lap pool is very limited. Area is quiet."
