It's a shame the ceiling covering clashes a bit with the rest of the room (giving it a somewhat dated look). The availability of drinks and cakes at any time, as well as the "aperitivo," were a welcome bonus during our stay and much appreciated. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Overall, a very pleasant stay."

"Room was spacious, good and clean. The only thing was that the reception hours need to be communicated properly. We arrived at least half hour before the stated closing hours but already no one there. As we booked through trip.com, we didn’t receive the instructions to the safe where they dropped all the keys for « late » guests. But obviously we weren’t even late as mentioned, we arrived before the reception closing hours. Thankfully we met a gentleman who had the safe’s access code and we were able to retrieve our room keys"
