"The check in took us 53mins. They were very understaffed. The water pressure in the bathroom was very low, the water is sometimes hot sometimes cold. Pillow was too soft but there was only one pillow per bed. Breakfast very limited choices. But I had to say the view was really superb. You can see Mt Kinabalu behind the resort, and the beach ahead. Beach is super clean and sunset is magnificent. Room is spacious too. Just the staff and services need to improve and upgrade"
