Very nice spacious suite, clean and very sound proof! Staff was very nice and helpful. Offered us 2 bottles of water at check in. Only thing that was very average is the breakfast compared to other similarly priced suite hotels. Other than the typical cereal, yogurt and toast there was a small selection of pre-cooked small omelettes and biscuit/egg sandwiches in a warmer. By the time we made it down to breakfast there was only 1 biscuit sandwich and 2 omelets available that were Lukewarm. Other than that, really enjoyed the room.

what an absurdity - wouldn't clean the room unless your stay exceeds 4 nights! and if you want fresh towels? be prepared to first gather your dirty wet ones, schlep them down the elevator and present to desk guy in lobby for his counting/audit before he deign's to hand over fresh replacements. what a joke. and attitude matched the process perfectly - most definitely not a people person.

Room and breakfast excellent. Very good location, far enough from the inner city but close to good shopping areas.Outdoor pool needs attention, there was some strange looking debris at the bottom of the pool. Air conditioning was excellent during our stay which was one of the hottest weeks this summer (110F feel like temps).

Hotel was clean and the area is a new area of Tulsa. Plenty of places nearby to get something to eat. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Near two major highways so you can get to anywhere you need to in Tulsa quickly.

I had mixed feelings about this place. The room is very well designed, with a nice kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. However, the room had a very stale smell, like dirty laundry covered up (but not) with air freshener. Other than that, everything was great. However, I probably would try someplace else next time.

Room 203 - The kitchen counter was dirty, there were cheese nip crumbs on the sofa, the sofa was stained and has lots of pulled places in the fabric and should probably be replaced, along with the worn out ottoman. The bathroom was very small with the worst shower head ever. There was something white spattered all over the bathroom walls around the sink (probably toothpaste), and the toilet runs continually (we did report this to the hotel staff when checking out). The bed was very soft. We could hear what was going on in both of the rooms next to ours. The pool was closed for maintenance even though it was full of water, the gym offered a bike, some dumbells, and a treadmill. Breakfast was better than most Hampton Inn's (more than 1 type of eggs, toast, waffles, cereal, muffins, juice, coffee, milk, tea). BUT the hotel employees were going through the line and eating breakfast - unless maybe they offer room service. Breakfast closed down at 9:00 (a bit early if you ask me). Fruit was available all day at the front desk, along with little butter mints. Other guests were smoking right outside the door of the facility. Staff was not able to provide restaurant recommendations - just said over there (and pointed) you'll find a couple. We asked about something local and it was obvious the desk clerk didn't know what local means; but he was nice.

Everything was excellent! The room, and the customer service, the breakfast all of it was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to other passing through or coming to stay in Tulsa. Location was convenient to everything we need to get to.

Driving across country, solo with my dog, I stayed one night and it was just perfect. The facility is newer and well appointed. The service was excellent. The only thing lacking was a better spot for dogs to go, but it was okay - not terrible.

Long story short, this hotel is infested with bed bugs. I was planning on staying at this hotel for a little over 3 weeks. It was very nice at first, and I THOUGHT it was a clean hotel. I began getting random bites on my arms, I thought at first they were mosquito bites. However, they progressively got worse and were in places that weren't common for mosquito bites. I called housekeeping and had them come up to look for bedbugs, which were found in the corner creases of the bedskirt which I am sure they never clean. I had been getting bit for over a week, and the management thought it was only necessary to comp me for one night. Housekeeping clearly hadn't been changing the sheets/bedspreads/skirts or cleaning the rooms, or else they would have been seen clearly and this situation could have been avoided. they didn't offer any other accommodations besides saying that I could stay in the same hotel room even though they couldn't have exterminator come out for 3 days. I tried to reach out to corporate because this situation was handled so wrong, and they just kept pushing it off. I am very disappointed, and disgusted, with this hotel. If you're staying here, be sure to check the bedskirts for bed bugs.
