"I stayed two nights in this beautiful B&B with my partner and son. We were pleasantly impressed by the accuracy of the details, the cleaning and the beauty of the room. The owner has always been very kind and available, hearing the requests we made to him without even thinking about it twice. The bed is very comfortable, just as for the coat, so I can only think I am satisfied with this night, even because the price is fair for the structure and the excellent service offered. I'll be very happy to return to the area. I forgot that there is also a parking place in front of the building, very comfortable . "

The only flaw, the covering of the corridor where the rooms open was "unglued" in some places, consequently every time someone walked there it made an annoying noise, and since it was mostly customers to and from the airport, the noise was there at all hours."

"An absolutely terrible experience, felt like I paid good money just to get frustrated! I stayed at seven or eight hotels during this trip to Italy, and all the others were great. This one, however, hit a new low for bad experiences. It's rare to find a place that messes up basic service this badly. When I first arrived at the airport, I wanted to book the hotel's shuttle. I called to ask about the shuttle schedule, and when I didn't quite catch what they said and asked them to repeat it, the front desk just hung up on me. I called again, and after connecting, they remained silent the whole time, pretending not to hear me. Frustrated, I hung up and redialed, only for them to outright reject the call. My friend then called using their phone number, and it was picked up instantly, with a completely different attitude. Was it a case of judging people based on appearances? As a hotel front desk, giving guests the cold shoulder and maliciously rejecting calls is not only impolite but also utterly unprofessional, showing zero professionalism. When we finally managed to communicate, we told them we were waiting at Gate 7 at the airport (the hotel's designated pick-up point), and they said the car would be there shortly. We ended up dragging our luggage and waiting for over forty minutes, not even seeing a glimpse of the car, and had no choice but to pay for a taxi to the hotel. Only upon arriving at the hotel did we find the so-called 'coming soon' shuttle parked comfortably right outside the hotel! I paid to stay at this hotel, not to be treated poorly. The entire experience was awful, and the service was extremely unprofessional!"
