"One Earth Heritage at Kud (near to Patni top ) is nice , fantastic hotel . I have been here with my family and had nice experience for stay. Hotel has their in-house restaurant and sepeate bar section, so family can also enjoy. Hotel best part is their view from rooms, you will really enjoy it. And if you are lucky to have snow on your stays days then it will be ultimate. Food at restaurant is good, breakfast is also good and has quite few options. Service is also quite good."

"The hotel is located in nice grounds, though the rooms are not well maintained. I checked in solo for 3 nights but the linen was not fresh, the door handle fell off, and the washroom showed signs of age. All this was an ok trade off in leu of some peace and quiet, but what happened to me on my last day was something people should be aware of, I had paid the whole three days in advance via UPI on a gateway sent by the hotel and mentioned the same while I checked in, the receptionist said she could not see the payment but I told her to check and let me know. On the day of the check out when I went to pay my extras I was told that they had not received any advance payment, on seeing the UPI receipt they came back to tell me that they would try to locate my payment, meanwhile I would have to make the same payment again and they would return it once they could locate it. I refused and asked to see the GM thinking he would understand, instead he & his IT head were rude and uncouth. I have never felt so uneasy in a hotel while travelling solo. Their payment gateway said it had been paid, the UPI receipt said I had paid, then they asked to see & photograph my bank statement before letting me leave! Imagine that! You are a solo female traveller, and this is the kind of treatment you receive from a supposedly premium facility! I had to call up over & over to finally get confirmation from one Mr. Indrajeet that they could finally locate the payment. I asked for a mail saying so, but of course there was no response. To sum up - the hotel and staff are passable (there is just one person who stood out in the sea of mediocrity and his name was Bhanu Pratap Singh), but there is something off with the back office - the rudeness and lack of professionalism is astounding. I have been travelling solo for many years, but this was the first time I have gone through such a horrid experience."
