"Excellent hotel. Not far from the center, but located in the countryside near the river. Quiet, secluded, and clean. The staff is very friendly. The food is simply amazing. We ended up eating only here. If we're in Uralsk again, we'll stay here again. Thank you!"

"Very pleasantly surprised by this hotel, it doesn’t look much from outside but that is quite deceptive. The hotel has evidently been refurbished recently and all the rooms are clean and fresh and extremely comfortable. It is clear that the management have thought about the details and provided all that a traveller might require. I didn’t use the restaurant apart from breakfast which was more than adequate. Laundry service was impressive and came at no extra charge. Something that other hotels should think about, they usually cost an arm and a leg. Would happily return here."

"At the arrival, unfortunately no reception, no mobile data( only possible if you get a telephone map on site) 4 closed doors with a code you have not previously, a foreign country, was a horror scenario. Thank God, in one of the rooms, a guest who could contact the hotel owner was also able to contact and helped continue. The room was booked over Trip.com I also booked my flight over this page, which was very nice and complicated and paid over PayPal. A young lady then came to pay. It was alleged that no money had arrived and is always paid in bar only in this hotel. I had to pay in bar again on site and change the money before. I think that was a shit. That's why I don't recommend this hotel. Otherwise, hotel rooms were new/modernly furnished."

"The room smells bad. I can't even tell if it's smoky or coming from the kitchen. The curtains are dusty, and there's black hair in the shower that's definitely not mine. When you open the window, there's road noise. The receptionists and waiters are young and attentive. Maybe I just got unlucky with the room."

"The check-in was late at 20-45. The restaurant was opened to 21-00. They went from Russia, very tired on the road by car and were hungry. A wonderful girl on Resepshn-Diana, did everything possible for us. Thanks to her for caring 🙏 We were placed without payment in local currency (the exchange was closed). We were fed by the restaurant, despite having 10 minutes to close 🙏. Borsh-Wonder 🙌. We also want to express our gratitude to a nice girl from the restaurant 🌸. And the next day we extended the number 😉🙏... We took the luxury, everything very clean, comfortable, spacious and thoughtful. Staff smiling, joyful and attentive! "A good 4-star hotel. With parquet in the room!!! All the various amenities available. Also the strictly Italian restaurant is excellent. Most gentle staff. I smoke cigarettes and, unfortunately, there is no comfortable outdoor space where you may sit with a drink; just outside the entrance or behind the parking station standing. But this is a more problem than they"

"The hotel was a dirty minted lingerie, it was not changed after another guest, not dirty floors in the room. 40 minutes after the comment I was moved to another room, but didn't even apologize. In the toilet smells of sewerage, hearing is terrible, hear everything happening in the next room."

"I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I feel people should be aware of my experience. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel stays I've had. The bed was extremely uncomfortable because the springs dug into my back, making it difficult to sleep. The rug in the room was very dirty, and the shower had orange stains in the corner that looked like mold or rust. The metal shower shelves were heavily rusted and didn't look safe to use. On my second day, the water was completely out for the entire day. When I asked the receptionist, I was told it could come back in a few hours, or even the next day. Having no running water for that long is unacceptable for a hotel. You can imagine the toilet, they simply had no other restrooms that had working water To make matters worse, when I checked out, they tried to charge me 2,000 tenge for a small crack in the plastic key holder. It already had that crack when they gave it to me, so I refused to pay for damage I did not cause. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service were very disappointing. I hope the hotel addresses these issues because future guests deserve better."
