"This place was amazing, everything from the beautiful view, to the friendly staff, to the cleanliness of the rooms. The amenities were always available to us. This was definitely worth the value to come out and explore. The noise level would probably be the only downside as we stayed on the bottom floor and the family above us sounded like they were moving furniture at all hours of the night."

"This hotel is the true meaning of service of the highest quality. I first want to thank Maribel that made my wife’s and my visit unforgettable. We were welcomed with open arms with a nice reception when we got to the property. The grounds are beautiful from the gardens and different water features. They have young alpacas roaming free which you can feed at 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. I recommend to give it a try you fed them with a bottle of milk and it’s a nice experience and perfect for pictures. The spa was amazing it was so good my wife and I visited 3 times while our stay. The restaurant on property was very good! Delicious selection and great service everyone was very attentive and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Nice heated marble floor in the bathroom and the turn down service was great as they prep your bed and even put really cute hot water filled animals to make your best nice, warm and comfy. Maribel , Julio ,Danae,Domingo,Naisha,Edgar all played a big part in having an unforgettable vacation and I most definitely will return soon to feel the magic and warmth that is forever in our hearts"

"We loved our stay here and the Casita we had was spacious and very comfortable. The menu needs to be changed or added to as was difficult to have dinner here more than one night. Breakfast was just ok they couldn’t seem to be able to cook eggs. Our server Karla was so lovely and efficient. Regardless of the food not being great we still had a Lovely stay. The common areas are super comfy and the fireplace adds a nice touch to make it super cosy."

"A hotel with rooms laid out in beautiful gardens with a spring and little bridges. Rooms are spacious and characterful - rooms and gardens are excellent. Everything fantastic - except breakfast which is good but lacking vegan options and decent healthy breads, cereals and avocado. Menu in evening has very few vegan options (unlike many other hotels). Waiter Frank is excellent and always helpful and friendly. Enjoyed my stay here lots."

"So good. It is a beautiful hotel that is amazing to have some bad reviews. Of course, the lobby building and the actual room are far away, and it is a separate building, so it is a bit annoying to move around. It was so beautiful and I felt the camping sensibility together. A beautiful hotel surrounded by mountains. I was a little cold when I was sleeping because it was winter, but it was okay!"

"This is a delightful little hotel. Tucked away from the noisy roads this place is surrounded by well manicured gardens. There are killer views of the mountains from most rooms and the room was spotless and well equipped. We were hiking for 6 days, so the private Sauna and jacuzzi was such a nice surprise. We had complimentary breakfasts which were delicious and hearty. We stayed 3 nights and all dinners were delicious and they use locally sourced veggies, fruits and herbs. I 100% re c commend this place. Another perk a friendly mascot Malida the cat."

"We had an exceptional stay from the moment we were shown to our beautiful garden villa with a stunning view of the mountains and the Urubamba River river flowing closeby. We loved the quiet tranquility being in the valley and I loved my early morning yoga class sitting close to the river. So many little touches such as our English Breakfast Tea Bags and fresh milk being brought to our room for us. All the wonderful cacau choclates each evening and the abundance of water bottles making sure we never dehydrated as were in a very high altitude. It was wonderful to be able to feed the Alpaca's their milk and provided wonderful photographs. Exceptional staff were Alyandro, Food & Beverage Manager, Sabrina, our waitress and Eddy."

"Great setting with very large casita rooms and grand interiors especially in the public areas. Views can be great across the valley to the mountains but not if blocked by trees so ask for a view! The hotel was very quiet with only a couple of rooms occupied so lacked some atmosphere but to be expected. Couple of gripes - we didn’t find a safe in the room and there was definitely no tea or coffee facilities in the room. Pleasant stay though and we were grateful for the staffs assistance when taken ill."
