"Excellent stay at this hotel. There are many highlights: a warm, friendly, and professional welcome, an incredibly spacious and well-designed suite, an exceptionally comfortable XXL bed, and outstanding bedding. The bathroom is a real highlight. The shower alone is worth the stay: a large rainfall shower with mood lighting that creates a truly relaxing experience. The location is also excellent. Despite the crowds related to the World Cup, the hotel was remarkably quiet, with no noise at all. A special mention also goes to the breakfast: the buffet offered a great selection of fresh, high-quality products. There are, however, a few small details that could make the experience even better: * Provide a small bathroom amenity kit with cotton pads and cotton swabs, which is always appreciated if guests have forgotten their own. * Add a small bench or cabinet in the bathroom to place personal belongings, as there is plenty of space available. * Install more towel rails and bathrobe hooks, especially near the shower. The current setup feels insufficient given the size of the bathroom. * Offer complimentary bottled water or stock the minibar. It was completely empty during our stay, which was disappointing, especially during such hot weather. * Pay a little more attention to the finishing touches: clean the electrical outlets, make sure all lamps are properly connected, and dust the beautiful glass lamp. I also noticed fingerprints on the glass table. * Consider installing a larger television, which would be more suitable for such a spacious suite. * Finally, the room doors could benefit from adjustment, as they tend to slam shut even when closed gently. These are only minor details and did not detract from what was otherwise an excellent stay. With a few small improvements, this hotel would be close to perfect. We would gladly return."

"The parking lot is spacious and across the road. The hotel has the feel of a large, old house. The decor is vintage, but cozy. Unfortunately, there is no elevator, but there are a lot of narrow stairs. The steps are narrow, which is especially noticeable when walking down. The reception is friendly, yet businesslike. They do explain everything well, though. Our room was simple. Two chairs, a small table, a small tilt-and-turn window, a modern flat-screen television, sufficient closet space, a good bed (though very narrow), a fan for the warm days, and a small but well-equipped and modern bathroom with, among other things, a spacious shower. Both the room and the bathroom were clean. There was, however, a less pleasant smell in the bathroom. Unfortunately, there was no rack or cabinet in the room to place your suitcase on. So, it had to go on the floor. There was no hook in the bathroom to hang clothes on. The breakfast was magnificent. An enormous selection, and everything was replenished quickly. The evening staff and the breakfast staff were friendly and certainly helpful. The price-quality ratio is good."

"Great location, 1-2 minutes walking distance to shops, restaurants… 10-15 minutes walking distance to the railway station (hauptbahnhof). Great/welcoming check-in, fast check-out, wonderful staff. Large, clean and quite room. The breakfast was nice but not exciting. To iron, one has to go to the Baggage and Ironing Room on the first floor which is not convenient. In summary: a very nice hotel, which I highly recommend."
