"To be honest, I'm more than disappointed with the hotel. There wasn't even a small bottle of water, no hairdryer, and not even a television. You'd find all of those things in even the smallest accommodations. The towels had strange burnt-on stains. The staff, however, was friendly."

"We stayed in the hotel because we attended the Eidgenössische Schützenfest in Graubünden. The hotel is high in the mountain with a spectacular view over the alps. The room was not too small and we booked the room with shower and toilette. The breakfast was good, everything was working and clean."

"The hotel is located right next to the Larici Gondola, so very easy to carry your skis before and after skiing. Ski and boot room door is outside at street level so ideal. Once inside, there is large reception, lounge and bar area, very well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast room is spacious with a large selection of cold meats and cheeses, hot bacon and eggs, cereals, yoghurts etc. Tea and coffee brought to your table. Our bedroom had everything, warm and cosy, hot shower, comfy bed, plenty of lighting, storage space, and lots of hooks for hanging up ski gear. A lift to all floors is very modern and efficient. The staff are very efficient and always happy to help when required. We ate out in the evenings at sister hotel Capriolo a couple of times. Once we went to a Michelin star restaurant, 7 courses for €80 pp, but all food and wine included, reception would have all the details. Another evening we took a skidoo ride from the skidoo centre up to a restaurant on the far side of the valley, another fun thing to do. Tommy's bar does a nice lasagna. So all in all a good holiday, we have been before and leave our boots, helmets etc in the garage for next time, very handy. We have booked again for 2027 ! We recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madesimo !"
